Tremendous In Every Way!

We had the perfect stay! The house was gorgeous, clean and in a fantastic location. The host was super friendly and responsive whenever we reached out. Highly recommend!

Great location, Great house, close to town.

My family had a sort of reunion and needed a large home to stay for the week. We had a terrific time here! Clean, spacious, and close to town. Also, a nice quiet part of the street to be.

The house is absolutely beautiful and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. The walk to downtown was 15-20 minutes which was perfectly fine. We had a few generations of family at the property as well as combining both sets of grandparents. The house enabled us to give everyone their own bedroom and own bathroom to have privacy, yet the living/dining/kitchen area was completely open for easy gathering. House was cleaned and everything was in good condition. My parents were so obsessed with the sheets that they actually ended up buying the same ones for their house! We had a slight issue with getting the TV to work and Eric responded immediately and ended up popping over quick to fix the issue. Communication was great from booking to check out. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

Clean, spacious and very well appointed!!!

House was nice and spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to both downtown and the beach which made it really convenient. Unfortunately, some issues came up during the stay - some of which the property owner appropriately addressed and others which could have been handled much better, most notably: 1. We were there on a humid weekend and the basement stunk despite our efforts to continuously empty the dehumidifier. It was so bad that one of the couples opted to instead sleep on the floor of the den because of how bad it was in the basement. We notified the owner of this the morning after check-in; however, he did little to help resolve this simply commenting, It is so profoundly humid that it is likely a result. The owner was not at all helpful in addressing this and it greatly detracted from our experience. 2. We also lost hot water while we were there. The owner had a repair person come out to address this (who also commented on the stench in the basement) and it was resolved a few hours later. In short, renting this house was not inexpensive and given the issues with the basement on humid days and an owner who failed to try and make it right, I would steer clear of this property.

We had an incredible week in Nantucket with our entire family. Everyone was happy and comfortable in this beautiful home, which has everything you could possibly need and is in a great location close to town, beaches, etc. I can't say enough good things about this home- but I should also mention that the owners are exceptionally nice and attentive hosts who are welcoming and always available. HIGHLY recommend this home!
