Tree-Lined Hayden Home w/ Hot Tub & Lake Views!

Beautiful house with lake view. So cute and functional. Perfect for our family get away!

Very nice home close to town. It’s a great set up, love the hot tub and the fire pit on the deck.

Walking up to this rental we were excited, so inviting climbing the stair to the patio. Amazing view of lake, great patio area with the gas fire table, lounge chairs, grill, dining table, with hot tub off to the side. Once inside with (was given understandable directions for access) Very clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Owner thought out every need with the extra bonus of a basket of snacks and treat on the kitchen table. This our first time using Evolve to rent very easy to work with. My wife and I have stayed at over 25 different rentals over the years, and this is definitely in our top 5 of rentals experience.

It was a warm wonderful home that had all the necessities of home and million dollar views of Hayden Lake! Would highly recommend staying there!!

I’m not one to leave reviews; however, we stayed at three different houses during our vacation and this home was BY FAR the best one! Extremely clean, comfy beds, nice neighborhood, fantastic deck area, great link for all communication and well maintained inside and out. The only issue we had was everyone needed to take very quick showers because the hot water runs out fast. There were 5 of us. But overall, this was my family’s favorite location and we wished we would’ve had this house the entire trip.

This place was idyllic. We couldn't believe the view when we arrived. The homeowners had everything in the place logically and thoughtfully arranged so that even without their incredible app, we could have managed everything. They provided lovely amenities and the app was icing on the cake with all of the information you could possibly need. The VRBO photographs couldn't even do the beauty of the home justice. We were astounded by the beauty of the area when we arrived and delighted in having breakfast in front of the picture window that gave us glorious morning sun and the spectacular view of the lake each morning. The only downside for us (and let me qualify that by saying we were 3 female travelers, 2 of whom are over 65 and not in the best of shape) were the steps into the home (with all of our luggage), and the room with twin bunkbeds. We had planned for each of us to have a private bedroom in the accommodations we chose for this trip and the bunkbeds were nearly our undoing. Fortunately, our youngest traveler was able to sleep on the top bunk. We all thought we could get into the bottom bunk, but it was clearly for very small children. I tried it, and I have honestly been in roomier MRI tubes. I was so claustrophobic I bolted. But the master suite is incredible. We enjoyed every moment at this beautiful property, and could not have asked for more helpful hosts. They provided all of the information and supplies we could wish for.

My mother, sisters and I chose this lovely home for our annual Mother's Day weekend trip. The home was very clean and we very much enjoyed relaxing on the deck and having a fire. This was a great place for a family weekend and would recommend this property.

Overall very nice. Not having window coverings in the bathroom was a little odd even though it backs up to a hill with lots of trees. Would not be good for someone with mobility issues.

This home was a perfect abode our family, including our infant, and our parents.The home itself is clean, stylish, and well equipped. The owners go above and beyond to stock the home with extras that add to its charm and comfort. They were extremely attentive when we experienced a slight issue with the hot water and sent a handyman to fix the issue right away. The home is within minutes from Hayden Lake Marina where you can rent boats and grab a drink or bite to eat. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit CDA. A few short miles from downtown but less than a mile from Honeysuckle Beach on Hayden Lake! I went with two teenagers and 5 year old and the house itself was perfect. Hot tub looks over the lake and is a great place to relax. Looks EXACTLY like the photos and was well equipped with everything you need. The owners even provided some great snacks and Keurig cups! Clean, stays cool in the heat, beautiful views and super close to the lake. We will definitely be back very soon.
