Stayed Jun 8, 2025House was very spacious, great layout for 2 families. Dock held a 56ft motor yacht and a 25ft run about easily. Depth at low tide was 6ft in the harbor, the home dock was dug out and could easily handle 7ft draft boat if you come in on high tide. All the appliances were new and working great, TV room was large and great for our family to hang out in. Large dinning table was fun to play games at. There is a deck with covered roof at the dock and I noticed that family members would go sit out there a lot during the day. Yard is well maintained. You can see the grocery store from the dock and by boat is very close, but you will want a golf card, the drive around the canals is almost 2 miles by cart. I'd stay here again.
