Stayed May 6, 2025Great home in perfect location. Loved the swimming pool, the screened porch and beautiful beach across the street! Owner was beyond amazing....AC went out & he had it repaired within a couple hours. I will stay herr again!!!

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Reserved this property due to it's location and proximity to the beach - pool was just an added bonus! The house was clean and amenities as listed. Our favorite feature was the massive screened porch - we spent the majority of our time there when we weren't on the beach or enjoying the pool. Check in and check out was easy. Quiet neighborhood, with a short drive to Port St. Joe. Beach access directly in front of the house - beach was clean and quiet. I will definitely be returning. Great location!

Stayed Aug 9, 2022Visited here for our family vacation. While the weather didn’t cooperate and there was local flooding on the street and surrounding area, we had a great time and had no issues with the property. The pool became green following the extensive rain, but a quick message to Matt and he was quick to get it taken care of. We’d stay again.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022Needs update on queen bed. Air conditioning not working well in queen bedroom and front bedroom next to queen bedroom. Floor needed mopping. Other than those things, we loved house, pool and location.

Stayed Jun 12, 2022Perfect getaway for myself, my husband, our friends, and our dogs. The house is really close to beach access, and the pool is the icing on the cake. We had a lovely trip, and plan to visit again next year.

Stayed May 13, 2022This house was absolutely perfect. Beach access is directly across from the property and easy to get to. There are beach views from the screened in porch, which we were greatful for because we didn’t have to fight off bugs while we were sitting outside! The pool was perfect for relaxing with the dogs. We definitely want to come back again! 5 stars!!!!
