The Great Room
As you enter the house you will be greeted with a soft, elegant and clean open concept. This area has a sitting and TV Area with a dining room for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen. It is spacious and inviting withair condition, gypsum ceiling, downlighters and very modern lighting fixtures.
The kitchen area is self contained where you can enjoy cooking and baking. There are snacks, coffee, tea, juice and water available courtesy your host.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer for your convenience. You also have access to a powder room with a toilet where visitors can use.

Upstairs
The upper area of the house has three bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

The Master Bedroom - Equipped with a comfortable queen bed, a side table and a chest of drawers. Fully air conditioned, you can sleep in comfort to your desired temperature. You will have access to your own private toilet and bathroom. The bathroom is fully outfitted and very stylish with its rustic grey colors suitable for the modern day design.

The other two bedrooms are outfitted with a queen bed and double bed respectively and chest of drawers. All fully air-conditioned. The guests in these bedroom can access a beautifully rustic wooden styled bathroom area on the corridor.

Close to airport, overall clean and nicely kept. Older home that needs some repair. Taxi drivers tell us it's not a very safe part of town.

I recently stayed at this amazing townhome and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I booked, Oniquica, was incredibly communicative and accessible, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Her responsiveness really put me at ease and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The townhome itself was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The attention to detail in the decor made it feel like a home away from home, while the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas ensured that we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. If you’re looking for a place where the host genuinely cares about your experience and where the accommodations exceed expectations, this is the spot for you.
