Tranquillity at it’s best!!!!!

This home exceeded our expectations for the recent trip for baseball at Cooperstown ASV. Lovely home, amazing backyard with pool, slide, rafts, lounge chairs and plenty of kitchen supplies, extra Keurig coffee pods, shower towels and pool towels and more! Very short drive to ASV and was great to have the pool. Would recommend this house for others looking for same experience/amenities.

The close proximity to ASV is unbeatable. Our teenagers brought their bikes and were easily able to bike back and forth at their convenience. The house is exactly as pictured with a gorgeous backyard to relax in. The host has everything you could need there, clean, labeled and available. The only issue we had was the tight driveway... we all drive SUV's and Pickups and it was impossible to fit four cars in the driveway without blocking the entire side walk. No street parking. But other than that, the house and the host were perfection!

Our family enjoyed the spacious house and fantastic pool! It was a short drive to ASV, restaurants, stores and Dunkin! Ideal location for baseball families!! Monica was very helpful and responsive. We had a blast!

This property is perfect! It’s less than 5 min away from All Star Village. The house was very clean and organized. It had everything you need to enjoy your stay including beach towels, plenty of linens, kitchen ware, etc. Monica was easy to work with and very responsive. The pool was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! I highly recommend this property!

The house is in a prime location to Cooperstown All Star Village. Any family looking for a private pool with less than a 10 minute drive to ASV should absolutely stay here. It was extremely helpful as a coach to be so close to run back and forth. The family room and kitchen had plenty of space and the back yard/patio was awesome. There were chairs right behind the house with a table to hang, or you could sit around the pool. The pool was great for my family who could enjoy any downtime between games. The house was clean everywhere, including the refrigerator and bathrooms. The bathrooms were also newly renovated and had some interesting features, like heated seats. The family loved the arcade game in the kitchen! Overall, it was nearly perfect! The only things I'd suggest include: replacing the color changing night lights to regular white lights; adding a twin bed in the children's room (there's only 1 'loft' bed in there); for Week 14, the pool was a little cold - consider heating a few degrees before the guests come; we couldn't get the water to work on the slide and we also could not get the fire pit started after countless attempts; the one bedroom bed sinks a bit in the middle.

If you are looking for a house for Cooperstown All Star Village this is the absolute perfect home. It’s less than a mile from the fields and in a great quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you would need and the owner is fantastic. Such a great experience from beginning to end.

My family traveled up to play at All Star Village. The location of this property could not be better, literally a 3 minute drive to the parking lot at the fields. House is beautiful, clean and comfortable. If you are traveling with siblings to ASV, this is a great option.
