Stayed Aug 4, 2025The condo does have sleeping for 8 but really is better suited for 7. Recommend 4 adults and 3-4 small kids. We had 6 adults and 2 small kids and it was small for us. We have stayed in other units at Starboard before and this unit is same layout but overall smaller, probably because of where it is located. Very nice and well furnished unit. Very clean and has great view of the intercostal. Would stay again with smaller number of people.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Every thing was great and worked great. Just a couple things for the owner. Had trouble with back door sticking.Dryer on time dry cycle if you put it on 70 minutes at around 55 minutes the power glitches cutting off the tv. You then have to restart the dryer. Other than that it was a great week. We used the pool a lot. Thanks for sharing your place with us

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Tranquility is our favorite place to stay at Holden. We wish we were able to go ahead and book for next year, but the calendar isn't open. Vacasa is wonderful - always quick to respond to any concerns.

Stayed Jul 9, 2024My family enjoyed our stay in this home. We got the views of the inlet and also you could see the ocean from the back balcony. The kitchen was fully functional, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been going to Holden Beach for 11 years. We have stayed in this house for the last two times. It is the best fit for our family. The layout is great and in a great location. Quiet street. Easy to get to the beach. Private pool. I recommend this house to everyone. I wish we could afford to have one built just like it for ourselves.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is our favorite home to stay in at Holden Beach. It's all on one level, putting us all together easily but in separate rooms when needed. The pool is fantastic, and we typically use it more than the beach. The only down side of this home is the stairs - there is no ramp for better accessibility. A lift like the one next door would be phenomenal.
