Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay here annually and this time we really noticed the beds feeling very worn and needing a refresh. - bunk bed especially uncomfortable. Also needs pest management-mice poo evident in lounge room around lamp in corner and behind lamp and couches.Vacuumed it daily whilst staying... but more appeared each day.Just needs a little refresh to get it back to its best again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here while working in Kempsey. The overal condition of the house was excellent. But the telephone reception and TV reception were poor. I was not able to do my work related on line activities due to poor internet connection. It was probably related to the location of the property. I do not recommend it to any one that is working from there.
