Ideally located within easy walking distance to the village centre and main beach, this home places you right in the heart of Crescent Head’s relaxed, laid-back atmosphere—making it an ideal holiday escape for families or groups.

Upstairs, the light-filled open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area flows seamlessly onto a covered balcony where you can soak in the ocean views and sea breeze. The kitchen is well-equipped with a glass cooktop and dishwasher, so you can spend less time cleaning and more time enjoying your stay. Polished timber floors add warmth throughout, while the large outdoor dining table on the balcony is perfect for alfresco meals.

The upper level also features:
- Master bedroom with built-in wardrobes, balcony access, and ocean views

The 180-degree views, from the mountains to the sea, the well set out home. solar powered as well, all makes for an excellent stay.Close to the Point, beach, and shops, it's all round a great place to stay.

It's conveniently located and within walking distance of everything in CH. The house is darn near perfect with everything a holiday home needs and more. If there is a criticism, it is that the downstairs bedrooms don't have ceiling fans and they were very hot and stuffy. That aside the property is A1.

The only negatives: we were all set to have a family barbecue on our first night and alas 2 empty gas bottles, and garage closed. And we were a little disappointed that Foxtel had been taken off. But we’ve booked again for October. We’ll be back!!! 🤗
