Each bedroom has its own full bath and 32 SMART flat Screen T.V. Enjoy having your coffee in the morning on the deck 3 of the 4 bedrooms have walk out decks with seating for you to enjoy. There is also a large screened in porch off the living room. The living room has a new couch, loveseat, leather recliner along with a 47 SMART Flat screen T.V. with DVD/Blue-Ray player. There is also a half bath located just off the kitchen. If you choose to use the fireplace Duraflame logs are the only ones allowed. The full kitchen offers a Keurig and regular cofee pot, dishes, utensils, appliances and to complete it all a breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. The Main level bedroom has 2 Queen beds along with a sitting area, private full bath and a 32 SMART flat screen T.V. The upstairs bedroom features a King bed and sitting area along with a private full bath, His and Hers Closets, 32 SMART flat screen T.V. and vaulted ceilings. There are two lower bedrooms each bedroom has two queen beds, a sitting area, walk-in closets and private full baths. Due to the recent renovation there is NO Smoking and Pet Free Home. Certified Service Animals are only allowed. There is parking for 4 vehicles and if more parking is needed additional parking is located at each of the Estates pools in Tan-Tar-A Estates. These pools are also available for your use during your stay. Each pool has been renovated, Cedar Glen Pool, which is located right out the back door less than 100 yards away, was completed in 2016 and the Estates Pool, located on Walkers Cay, was completed in 2017. The Cedar Glen Pool is a family friendly pool complete with wet deck for little ones. The Estates Pool is geared more towards the adults with bench seating around the edge.
We provide a “starter” supply of the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, small bar of soap, hand soap, dish soap, bath and bed linens, coffee pods (regular coffee in a filter), Paradise line of hotel bath amenities. We ask that you provide: beach towels for pool use, laundry supplies (washer/dryer in the home), and any other personal items that you may need.
