Tranquil Tellico Lakefront Retreat -- Kayaks! Private Dock!

Lots of space for our family! We were in town for a wedding and the accommodations were perfect! During our downtime there was much to do to keep us entertained. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

We stayed at this home to visit with family for Christmas. The home was decorated with lovely Christmas decor and a beautiful Christmas tree. We felt so welcomed! The bedrooom setups were perfect with a variety of sleeping arrangements. The lakefront view was very pretty however we didn't use any of the amenities because we rented in December. The house was clean and the furniture comfortable. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and plenty of space for our large family of adults gathering for the holidays. They even had a Christmas tree up for us! We enjoyed the game room, the hot tub, the deck and screened porch. Most of all, we loved that we could all 10 sit comfortably and watch a movie and enjoy family time together. Highly recommend!!

The property was great! Loved the water view and the deep wood view. The house is very open, comfortable and space for everyone!

Loved it—great home and neighborhood

Beautiful big house for a family to have a wonderful vacation. Located in a private cove that accesses to the lake. My wife and I enjoyed the kayak’s. Once the new dock is completed it will be great for hanging out and swimming, great addition!

We rent every summer in Tellico Village but this was our first year at this property and it’s our

they are in the middle of building a huge new boat dock. It altered our last day but we felt we were treated fairly and compensated. We loved the home and the special amenities we will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Tellico Lake home! The layout was perfect for our family’s needs—plenty of bedrooms and sleeping spaces to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious, which made it easy to prepare all our meals together.One of the best parts was that we live close by and were able to bring three of our boats. The lake access made it easy to enjoy time on the water, and the highlight of the trip was teaching our four-year-old granddaughter how to kneeboard—such a sweet memory!The huge downstairs basement was a game-changer for us, especially with a one-year-old in a walker. It gave him lots of space to explore safely, and our 4 year old had plenty of room to play as well.It was the perfect home base for our family staycation. We made some truly great memories.

really comfortable house which met all our needs. dock on lake which we used as we rented boat for two days during our stay.clean and cool as was super hot this week. large hot tub and fure pit all well used during our 4 night staylots of lake toys available too

We had an amazing week in this beautiful home with 4 kids & 4 adults. We only left the home one day to play outside of this property. Otherwise, we were there enjoying everyday.All of the water toys were enjoyed by the kids & adults. We lived on the dock fishing & swimming & kayaking. We added a few toys of our own, including a rented pontoon. We brought home forever memories! The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook full meals, which we did everyday. Bathrooms were very well stocked with supplies & linens. Bedrooms are furnished with current bed furnishings & linens. The entire house is decorated as a nice home should be. We felt welcome from the first step in the door. The screened porch js an amazing gathering place in the mornings and the evenings. We enjoyed the back deck so much & was able to enjoy being outside without insects or other nuisances.The basement has everything you could ever want for fun times. Our teenagers loved it!We just can’t say enough about this home! We will be back! Thank you to the hosts for taking care of our requests quickly!

The house was perfect for our golf trip, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We spent most of our time on the outdoor deck at night. We would book again!

We stayed here for a wedding in the area. It was a great location and house. It held 4 generations comfortably. The yard and cul-de-sac were prefect for the kids!

House was wonderful for our short trip to the Knoxville area. The Tellico Village community is great and we had a wonderful time with our friends.

Had a wonderful stay with plenty of room for our family of 7. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Hosts are so kind. Enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks, games and hot tub! Highly recommend!

We went with two families of 5. We had more than enough room to spread out. The water was low, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the paddle boards and canoes. We enjoyed the hot tub and grilling out on the blackstone. We would definitely recommend this home!

Couldn’t ask for a nicer home to spend our weekend getaway. Plenty of room and amenities. We especially enjoyed our night around the fire pit making s’mores and memories

Great house, very pleasant place for multiple families

Overall it was a great house with great amenities. We checked in late (after dark) due to wedding preparations and wedding near by. The following morning, we found some evidence of a potential party from the renters prior (some vomit and Jell-O shot cup in the yard and 1/2 case of Modelo on the back porch near the table), and didn’t contact manager, as it didn’t effect our group staying.

It was a gathering of family for the Christmas holidays. We enjoyed the home, relaxing, well stocked kitchen, entertain g for the children.

What a gorgeous home and property! My jaw hit the floor when I opened that front door. I was greeted by a beautifully appointed living space that overlookedThe gorgeous lake views. My first thought was,I don't ever want to leave! Poop

House was in excellent condition and well furnished and stocked. On a quiet cul de sac the property overlooks a beautiful bay you can enjoy while sipping your morning coffe on the screened porch. For just the 2 of us the upper floor, was cozy and comfortable. Lots of room for larger families too. Communication with property hosts was excellent. Wi-Fi and TVs were great. We would not hesitate to return again.
