Home was clean and pleasant. Enjoyed being on the end of the street and the backyard was a treat.

My husband and I are from this area but live out of state. Twice a year we gather with our family (locals) staying in different VRBO’s and usually in the mountains, but decided this time it was way too crowed with tourists and we wanted convenience and the lake. Oh my gosh. THIS was the way to go!!! BY FAR, this was the cleanest and best home we had rented! I love great showers, elbow room (space) and great air conditioning in the TN summers. We hit the trifecta! The grands LOVED the dock and swimming in the lake. One of the kids actually caught a 5lb catfish! Eagles appeared in the morning. The sunrise was just gorgeous. I do not think we had ever eaten so many s’mores before. The home sits at the end of the street - we felt completely secluded from crowds. I do not think there was anything needed in this home. Inside games, were plentiful, Wi-Fi was strong. The home was (as one of the children claimed) ‘FANCY!”. For those wanting a vacation in the Smokey’s, do not dismiss this home. Straight shot on hwy 321 to all things Smokey’s or bypass the crowds and head further south to Cherohala Skyway. If you know, you know- Tellico Village IS convenient to everything! THANK YOU Jay and Mei Ling for offering such a wonderful home to stay in!!!!!! Cannot wait to return and more- what a relief it is that I do not even have to think of where we will stay!

Property was as described and even exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials for us to cook a Thanksgiving meal. The views were amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable and warm. We will definitely be staying here again, especially when its a little warmer to enjoy the fishing and lake.

We had a wonderful mini vacation at this beautiful home. The hosts were awesome and treated us like family. We brought our dog with us and the house was very pet friendly. Would stay again in a second. Thanks Mei and Jay.

The house and property were beautiful! Our hosts were wonderful and very responsive. They have provided everything anyone could need for a short stay, which we really appreciated. My only regret was that our activities kept us from enjoying more time at the property. Loved morning coffee in the lovely round room overlooking the lake.

This home was a perfect gathering place for our family preparing for our son's wedding. There was plenty of room for 10 adults. Everything we needed was available to us. We loved all the amenities available, and probably used them all! We had very good communication with our hosts. It is a beautiful home in a great location. I highly recommend it!

An amazing property in an amazing location! The hosts were easily accessible, the home was beautiful inside and out and absolutely did not disappoint. We highly recommend this wonderful location and will not hesitate to stay again if in the area.

Our family takes a trip every year together. Mostly adults who all want their own space, so finding the perfect place is always challenging. This house was perfect for us. Lots of space, spotlessly clean, etc. The house’s location on the lake in the cove provided privacy. We all loved it and would absolutely come back. The hosts were great with communication. The recommended boat rental worked out great.The location is close to town and restaurants. All around perfect!

We had an amazing trip! The property is beautiful and in the best cove of the lake. We stayed with our family 4 adults 2 teens everyone was comfortable and had more than enough space to spread out! The owner made sure to think of every detail from games, outdoor seating, comfortable rooms and cozy beds. There was nothing more you could ask for. This property could not have been more perfect to accommodate our family for a short stay to attend a family wedding. We wish we would have stayed at least one more night to enjoy this beautiful home! Everything you would need or want is right here. Jay and Mei have created a haven of perfection. Hope to return some day!

Great house. Enough space for 10 of us and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. We cooked every meal and the house had the necessary cookware and utensils to do so! There is an extra fridge in the garage that came in handy with the amount of food we brought. We were in need of a drink shaker. Owners promptly delivered an entire cocktail set. My dad and Jay share a passion for fishing. Jay brought over a set to help catch a Skipper Jack. They had firewood already at the house to use. Kayaks, paddleboat, pool table, foosball table, and A-hole were a nice added touch and we definitely got our use out of them. I was expecting bugs being at the lake and very close to woods, but there weren't many that would make it unpleasant. We didn't need to utilize Off! to be outside at all. We did not bring our dog with us, but there was plenty of space outside for one. They even installed a poop bag dispenser on the tree to utilize. Something that may bother people, but didn't bother any of our family: highway traffic noise on the other side of the woods when outside. We would most definitely stay here again with out even questioning it. Mei and Jay had wonderful and prompt communication throughout the stay.
