Stayed May 3, 2025Located in a neighborhood with other newer homes, this is a perfect location and property to enjoy the Tellico Village area with its golf courses, access to the lake and amenities. Within 40 minutes of Knoxville as well as the Smokey Mtns. I would stay here again.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025We were in town for a family reunion, and the location of this house was perfect. The house is much bigger inside than the pictures make it seem. Everything felt new and clean when we were there. Five adults comfortably split the 3 rooms. We had a minor concern that the property owner responded to quickly. We would stay here again if we return to the area.
