Stayed Mar 14, 2026We had a great time here! The kitchen is fully equipped, the home was very clean, and there was a supply of coffee and soap/shampoo/conditioner/TP so we didn't have to rush to get to the grocery first thing. We wound up doing a lot of sightseeing, so didn't get time to use the pool or firepit - maybe next time. Convenient to Asheville and Great Smoky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed Crepe & Custard at Lake Junaluska, Brickhouse Burgers and Pizza in Maggie Valley (we had the burgers and fries, which were good - the stromboli looked awesome). Ingles in Waynesville was a great grocery - good selection and open late. The Yarn Shop in Maggie Valley is very nice.The house is as described and shown in the pictures - very clean, attractive, nice furniture. Everyone liked the beds. Lots of windows, all with good working shades if desired. There is a nice little creek at the edge of the backyard.
