Stayed Jun 22, 2024Upon arrival at 4 pm the day of check in the property was not ready. The cleaning was less than par. The pool area was a mess, some beds didn’t have sheets, and garbage bags on the side of the house that we had to clean up. Upon discussion with Vacasa we did get 10% back. Nice neighborhood.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was clean and only a quick drive to the beach! Just the two of us for this trip but would be a great house/layout for a larger family. Nice back yard, clean pool!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property is located well. It has pool, not far from beach , canal access, and several bedrooms . However it is well worn and not maintained well. Laminate counter tops are dated, and dishwasher is no longer attached to countertop due to deterioration. Sliding glass door is missing interior handle, and all sliders are stubborn on movement. No microwave, nor disposal. On our particular week Trash cans were overflowing on street and not picked up for several days. Recycle cans were packed and not picked up for 5 days- kinda inconvenient.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was dirty when we arrived and had to wait for housekeeping to come. After they came some areas were still dirty and housekeeping had to return again. When they made the beds we witnessed them throw the covers on the ground and attempt to put them back on the beds. We had to wash all covers due to this. The dish washer was full of dirty dishes. The house was nice but the cleaning was far below average.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was perfect for our family except for the maintenance issues. The stove was old and we were constantly having to reset the burners. The carpet was ripped and dirty. And the upstair porch was just plywood with splinter concerns on all the decking. On the positive side the floor plan worked really well. The street was quiet and really seemed safe for the grandkids. The pool area was perfect.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was big, nice area. Only negative thing was construction going on next door back deck. Everyday from 8:00 to 4:00 all we heard were saws and hammering, hard to enjoy the pool
