Stayed Feb 22, 2024Excellent communication with our host! The location is great for a neighborhood stroll, walk to the beautiful Gulf sunset or over to the Mercato. Friendly and safe neighborhood. The home is lovely, spacious and welcoming. We had everything we needed for preparing meals; kitchen well stocked, great sitting on the lanai to read or relaxing in the beautifully landscaped backyard or front porch. It was great to grill some of our meals. We took advantage of the bikes to ride through Pelican Bay and there is plenty of beach gear. Our 2-weeks were very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

It is close to the Mercato and Vanderbilt Beach. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries before and during the stay. We had a wonderful time.

Stayed Dec 30, 2022This home is updated and extremely well furnished and decorated with a great layout for comfortable living! Plenty of spots to hang out together or have a little space for yourself, with comfortable seating in the living room, sunroom, front porch and back yard. The owner, Dharshi, was available for any questions and was helpful throughout. It is fully equipped with many beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys. The kitchen has it all too. Definitely would bring family back to stay there again!
