Spring Lake is located off exit 98 on the Garden State Parkway at the northern portion of the Jersey Shore. The two-mile stretch of Spring Lake beach is roomy, quiet and immaculate, which makes it a preferred destination for those who don't want to be bothered by a neighbor's loud radio or have to worry about tripping over trash. Even on the busiest summer weekends, there is room to spread out.
Well maintained property, newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with microwave & dishwasher; dining area with seating; front loaded washer/dryer; WIFI, 4 qty smart TVs with Netflix., Hulu, etc
4 new window A/C units and 4 ceiling fans.
There is a front loading washer and dryer on main level.
There are 2 bathrooms - one containing a shower and one containing a bathtub with shower.
All utilities included.
Bed linens, bath and beach towels provided for your use as well as a large selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand and water toys. There is no need to bring your own.
Baby pack and play crib is available for use.
We keep a fully stocked kitchen which includes cooking pots and pans, utensils, glasses, dishes.
We also stock cleaning supplies including garbage bags, paper towels, soaps and laundry detergents.
There is an outside patio/porch with gas grill; patio seating for 6; and wood table with umbrella and seating for 6.
There is a outside shed available to store bikes.
5 beach/pool badges (no badges required under 12 yrs old) included;
max 6 adults occupancy or 6 adults/2 children; Driveway parking.

This rental includes utilities’, 5 beach badges and access to beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas; beach towels and beach mats.
There is a refundable $500 damage security deposit.
Cleaning fee is $125;
Pet fee is $100; Dogs invited only with permission at booking
check in is 2 pm and check out is by 9 am.
In season (May 24 - Sept 6) requires a minimum of 7 days rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Off season (before Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day weekend) rentals are a minimum of 3 days except holiday weeks which require a 4 day stay.
Full payment required upon booking; cancelled bookings will not receive a refund during summer season otherwise 75 days cancellation policy.

We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 29 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
We will not rent to Big Groups. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults.

3 bedrooms - 1st bedroom - one Queen bed;
2nd bedroom has two twin bunk beds with a pull out trundle bed;
3rd bedroom has a king size bed.

This rental is very private offset from the street via a long driveway; ideal for young children to play plus has outdoor seating where my family and guests spend most of our time relaxing when not at the beach.
This rental includes 5 badges; saving daily beach fee of $50/day. Children (under 12 yrs) not required to pay daily beach fee.
Beach chairs; beach umbrellas and beach mats are available and there is free street parking by the beach or you can walk the 5 blocks from this rental.
Wreck Pond is 1.5 blocks away.
Spring Lake downtown and lake are also within walking distance.
The two-mile stretch of Spring Lake beach is roomy, quiet and immaculate, which makes it a preferred destination for those who don't want to be bothered by a neighbor's loud radio or have to worry about tripping over trash. Even on the busiest summer weekends, there is room to spread out. The boardwalk, the longest noncommercial one in NJ, is a favorite of joggers, bikers and leisurely strollers. Spring Lake's attractiveness is hard to find in other Jersey Shore towns. The streets are lined with trees, the lawns are lush, and many homes have well-kept gardens. The houses range from quaint to large, but most are tasteful and fit nicely with the town's bent for subdued beauty. The lake itself is stocked with ducks and even a few swans, and residents say its shores are good for a lazy afternoon stroll or for just sitting and relaxing with a good book. Open to the public year-round, the lake, in which there is no swimming, is the home to an annual children's fishing tournament every spring, when more than 300 trout are brought from a nearby hatchery.

    The property fit our needs as we were traveling with 2 dogs and the owner was very accommodating and dog-friendly. The house was well-located to the beach and there was plenty of beach gear and 2 bicycles as was the beach locker which weren't mentioned in the listing. Unfortunately a hot tub was listed and did not seem to exist. Everything else, other than the weather, was great! Would consider renting there again.

    My husband and I had a wedding to attend in January, and we had our 13 year old pup with us, We prefer not staying in hotels. We were traveling from Florida to New Jersey. I don't usually use these web companies. My girl friend recommended me to look into renting a house, so I did and I am so glad I did. Gerry the host is wonderful!!! Had the home stocked with everything that we could possibly need. Had a list of recommended places to eat, places to see etc. Even my dog was catered to, Gerry had the cutest little bowls for him. Gerry stays in communication with her guests in case anything is needed before arrival and is available during your stay and after your departure. You don't get this kind of treatment unless you stay in a 5 star hotel. I definitely will book with Gerry again when I come to Spring Lake in the future, I highly recommend to everyone to consider renting from Gerry. The house is adorable and I felt very much at home.

    The rental was a great size and layout, nice and cozy. It was well stocked with everything we needed and we would recommend to friends and family! The only downside is there isn’t a fenced in yard (we assumed there was based on pictures) and you are located near a train station so you hear the train often (not super loud).
