Tranquil 2-bedroom house with AC in Spring Hill

The place was great! We were in town visiting family and this place worked out great for us. Location was convenient, we enjoyed the game room and pool and would stay again!

Stay was great me and my wife had a great time. the pool was great only thing we didn’t enjoy with the pool was the pool light did not operate. Making it a little bit difficult to swim at night. Bed was comfortable but the bed frame felt very broken and loose. Also couches are very small and very low to the ground. Dryer does take multiple runs to dry clothes. All and all the stay was great would def rent again.

Quiet area, very clean and everything in good working order! Owner was very responsive to any questions, easy in, easy out, just perfect for what we needed. Would definitely book again on our next trip down.

Great house for our family of 4. The house was clean and comfortable, the pool was really nice, and in a quiet neighborhood. Some pool floaties and beach toys available in the garage. Grocery stores and other shopping stores were all pretty close. Weeki Wachee Springs is close and is a great place to take kids to. Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Pete area is an hour - an hour and a half and has a lot to do as well. Host was very quick with getting back to us when we had questions. Would definitely recommend staying here for families with 1 or 2 kids!

The house was exactly as pictured. Pool area was beautiful. Great location, close to the state parks and the Weeki Wachee River, shopping and restaurants. We hope to stay here again.

Very well kept house and the boat was great. Pool was too cold to get in. It was family friendly the only thing we did not like and I did not realize u til it was too late but we could. Or have anyone over so my granddaughter, bonus grandson and my new great-granddaughter and that is why we came down to meet her and spend time with the 3 of them and because they could not come to where we were staying we missed more precious time with them. Other than that it was very very nice
