Tralee is a wonderful and modern holiday home perfect for family getaways in any season. Situated in the lovely village of Portreath, you will be just a few minutes' walk from a variety of local shops, restaurants and cafes as well as the gorgeous golden and sandy beach.

The house boasts a spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor with underfloor heating; it comprises of a cosy sitting room with two stylish and comfortable sofas and a Smart television, perfect for movie nightsafter long days at the beach. Head through the large, glass patio doors and enjoy the lovely quiet and spacious decked patio with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a convenient surf shower located along the side path. This area also includes a lovely al fresco dining area where families can enjoy lazy breakfasts and scrumptious suppers together; alternatively, grab one of the board games and have an evening full of family fun.

Home-cooked meals can be prepared in the large and modern gloss white kitchen which comes equipped with all the modern appliances holidaymakers need. Also on the ground floor is a handy cloakroom/WC. Families with younger children will appreciate the little extras such as the Tripp Trapp highchair and travel cot.

Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms with all beds made from reclaimed wood: the master is located at the front and has a plush king-size bed, en-suite shower room and a sliding glass patio door leading out to a small balcony which overlooks the village of Portreath; to the rear is a double bedroom and a cosy twin bedroom with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with modern appliances such as phone charging bedside lamps, and serviced by a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath.

There is parking at the front for up to two small cars and an electric vehicle charging point available for guests to use.
