This beautiful golf course home is located adjacent to the green and pond on the Moab Golf Course 12th Hole. Solano Vallejo is a quiet neighborhood just a short 5 min drive from town with a peaceful country feel. It includes a shared seasonal swimming pool and is within walking distance to hiking trails, Red Rock and the Golf Course Rock Petroglyphs site.

Thoughtfully decorated with original artwork and decor with comfortable furnishings throughout. There are two gas fireplaces (located in living room and master bedroom) to cozy up by during the colder months. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals and includes a gas range with a built in air-fryer. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar or on the outside patio.

Our internet is FAST and reliable for those who need to study or work remotely and there are 3 TV's located in the unit for streaming your favorite shows or watching cable channels.

The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). The views are amazing! Many guests also enjoy watching golfers putt on the 12th green, easily visible from the patio.

Safely store your bikes and gear in the attached garage and there is plenty of nearby curbside parking for trailers. There is also a washer and dryer available for your use .

The swimming pool is seasonal and is open for use from April through the end of October (weather permitting).

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in.  Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :)

    I was glad to be out of the congestion of Moab and all the truck sounds. I appreciated the greenery of the golf course. The only issues were that our carbon monoxide monitor went off two days in a row. The maintenance man finally took it with him. And we discovered ants coming out of the floor near the kitchen. They promptly brought us some ant traps as I did not want any spraying while we were there. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The townhouse was fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Great location. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup. On our last day, we decided to stay one more night, the host was very accommodating, to make it happen!

    When we arrived we were greeted by mice droppings throughout the house. We (the boys) cleaned them up and the girls washed all the kitchen stuff. After the cleanup, all went well

    The unit was lovely; clean, comfortable and well provisioned, with a small but lovely patio overlooking a golf green with occasional action to watch. The property manager, the Vacation Colmective, gets failing grades. For their convenience's, they refused to give any information on how to access the unit in advance of the check in time, and then they didn’t do so. Two hours after our check in time, we had to frantically call them to get the code. Then, there were no soaps, dishwasher soap, shampoos, etc provided by the maids, though they did leave a tip envelope!! We requested that they provide these, and to knock right away to let us know they were there. They did provide them, but just dropped off a big package in front of our door without knocking. Then, it was an industrial size package with a lot of stuff, branded with the PM’s branding, and very environmentally wasteful and hard to use packaging. To add insult to injury, the PM company started aggressively emailing and texting us numerous times from the day before our departure to insist that we let them know the minute we check out. The PM ended up leaving a bad taste in our mouths after what was really a lovely stay.

    Beautiful views off the patio and master bedroom overlooking the golf course but was still private and very quiet. Great for stargazing. Easy access to restaurants and activities. One of my favorite places I have stayed at.

    We absolutely loved our stay here. Great location that is just off the beaten path of town to feel quiet and peaceful, but close enough to everything we wanted to do in the area. The view was incredible! The home is very comfortable and has everything you need to stay in and cook meals as well. We would definitely stay here again!

    The property was hidden in a golf community, so it was quiet and scenic. Even though we didn't receive check-in instructions ahead of time, the host quickly responded to my request and rectified the situation immediately. The only thing I didn't realize from the photos is that the bathroom is a Jack-n-Jill, so we ended up sharing with our daughter. While two separate bathrooms are shown, one is downstairs and the other is upstairs with the bedrooms.

    The place was as listed. It was a quiet place to come back to after hiking all day. We had a lot of room and the kitchen is stocked with everything we need to cook with. We would come back again.
