This is a very nice townhouse with all of the amenities. The location was ideal and our hosts (David and Peg) provided great recommendations.

Property was clean, well equipped, and exactly as described. Communication with host was easy and efficient. Host was responsive and accommodating of requests! Highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Perfect spot for a beach getaway! Was about 6 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from riverfront restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Townhouse owners provided great directions and ideas for activities. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is such a beautiful place. Great location and just a short drive to the beach. The kitchen and baths are beautiful. The beds were comfortable.It was so nice to not be in a hotel room for three days. So much room. Would definitely come back. Thank you to a great host. David was so easy to reach and kindly allowed us to stay a couple hours longer so we could get to the airport later. Much appreciated.

David & Peg’s townhouse was welcoming in every way imaginable: easy to find, abundant amenities, instructions logically presented, well furnished, tasteful decor, comfortable beds, etc. The owners were very responsive to our questions, and we would highly recommend their townhouse rental to anyone.

My husband, myself and two teen daughters were all pleased with the accommodations. Super clean, had everything we needed and the perfect location. We especially loved that we had access to 4 beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella. I would highly recommend this place for a family.

This property was suitable for our family of 4 and our stay for beach outings, exploring the city and just relaxing after dinner. The home is equipped with everything you could think of. Communication was great with both owner and caretaker. I would recommend this rental as it was in a safe community.

The townhouse is exactly as pictured and well stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. We love the location as it is minutes from Wrightsville Beach (which we didn’t get to as our visit was brief) great restaurants and laundry. We have stayed in this townhouse community before and feel very safe, it is also a quiet neighborhood. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and we’d definitely stay there again.
