Stayed Sep 26, 2023Very nice property, clean and had easy access. Great for morning walks in the neighborhood with all sidewalks. Was easy to get to the sites we wanted to see. One suggestion: put ceiling fans in the bedrooms. This would better move the air for sleeping over the standup fans in each BR. Still a very good price for the value received.

Stayed Jul 26, 2023The AC unit did not cool the bedrooms. The fans helped but still extremely warm. You might want to reconsider the $1500 hold. Some might not be able to afford that and therefore discourage a possible renter. Thank you for sharing your home.

Stayed Jun 7, 2023The house was exactly what we needed for our little family vacation to the Black Hills. My husband and I and our 2 kids ages 4 & 6 were very comfortable in the house. The owner was very friendly and if I needed anything she responded very promptly. We would definitely stay there again. Very nice neighborhood and right down the street from a park and outdoor swimming pool.
