Just a few minor items we didnt have enough toiletries for our week long stay. Not enough to keep us away a beautiful warm place cant wait to come back!

The living and kitchen area were perfect. Comfortable sitting areas. We had one issue with the shower. I called and they fixed it immediately. Very kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great clean property in a convenient location.

This condo is a perfect base for seeing the Moab area. It is in a condominium community that is set back from Route 191. This particular unit is far enough away from the road that noise is not an issue. The spacious garage is so useful. And the owner has posted tips on the wall for his favorite things to do in the area. Don't miss the Needles Overlook. It is a long drive, but very worthwhile, and totally uncrowded.

Riding SxS all week with quick easy access to trail heads, gas and gear. The house was very clean and well maintained. Friendly property manager who was easily available for any additional assistance we needed.

Loved having the garage for bikes! Bedrooms were plenty big as were the living and dining areas. All of the bedrooms are up a long flight upstairs so if that is an issue for you, beware. Overall great property.

My parents and I had a great stay here. We were in Moab for 4 days and were very comfortable. This home is sparkling clean and very well maintained. I appreciated the pools & hot tub to relax after long days of hiking and exploring. Kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Having a garage was a huge plus to keep the car out of the hot sun and made packing/unpacking very easy. Thanks for a great trip, I would absolutely stay here again.

This unit is very nice and well appointed. Even a coffee grinder in the kitchen - nice touch! Being about 10 minutes south of town allowed for a quiet stay, and although we live only 1 1/2 hours away from Moab, it was just nice to get away. Will stay here again! Tom

We had six people and finally found 6 wash clothes but were staying for 5 day. Yes we had access to laundry rm but would have been nice to have double the amount of clothes. We called and they brought us 3 more. Also, Kleenex tissues would have been nice in bath rooms. There was no laundry detergent.

It is situated just outside of town and has plenty of parking for large trailers. We hope to book this same property in the future.

We had a wonderful stay!!! Checkin was incredibly prompt, not even one minute early but apart from that an absolutely perfect stay, perfect location! Wonderful views, we could not have asked for a better place to relax during our vacation in Moab!!

Over all very pleased it was convenient and had trailer parking wich is hard to find
