Clean and comfortable property. Location is peaceful and private on the edge of town with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of dishes and other staples. Check in was simple and the hosts were very responsive. It was also fun watching the rooster, hens and ducks roaming through the yard.

This place was fabulous! Every amenity you need is in this house. The owners were very nice, even when I had to call them late on Thanksgiving because I was lost! The property was fabulous and waking up to chickens in the back yard was the best!

Great location, convienent to grocery stores and University. Loved the nice toiletries in the bathroom and the kitchen was a great space for cooking - nice and clean and spacious.

Simple but very well appointed. Good linens and bedding, all the essentials in the kitchen (yay for the electric kettle and real coffee maker!), furniture comfy, extra bedding available, beautiful windows and light, huge kitchen counter. Host gave great access instructions and directions. Would happily stay again. Feels out of the way and quiet but is near to town.

Only one bath towel for 4 adults, toilet ran off and on all night, but overall nice property and very clean.

Nice rural setting, yet very near the town center. Appreciated the visits from the chickens.Cottage feels nearly new, very clean and well stocked. We wouldn't hesitate to book again next time we visit the Monmouth / Independence area.

This property was perfect for our family. It had everything that was needed, and everything that was promised. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Literally feels like being home. Everything is very well maintained in this home. The attention to detail is noticed in everything in this home. Well appointed kitchen. Clean bedrooms with comfortable bedding. Bathroom is very clean and perfect for the home. The main living area is super comfortable and perfect for a relaxing afternoon. My son and I stayed here for the second year for a football event at Western Oregon University. Its concenience to all restaurants and shopping cant be beat. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for opening this home to us. You make it feel like home.

This was a perfect place for our group of four to stay for a wedding weekend in Independence. Beds were comfortable and home was very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking in this area.

Our stay was great from start to finish. Check in was easy, the place was clean and well furnished. We stayed to visit family in the area and the property was big enough for us to host Christmas. My granddaughter loved watching the chickens and deer walking around the backyard!

The home and property are beautiful! The house was so clean, and the location was in a quiet side street. The amenities in the home were perfect! We enjoyed having a full kitchen with a large table/counter to work with. What was hard was having a single bathroom for our family. It was good that we are all close family, so we managed. But if there was at least an additional half bathroom, it would have been helpful. Otherwise, this home was perfect! Having the washer and dryer was valuable. The morning animal visits were sweet. And the modern and practical features of this new home was great! Thank you for making our visit to Oregon so comfortable!

Wonderful place! Everything about the listing is 100% accurate....clean, stocked etc. just to name a few of the many positive things....Walking distance to grocery store. Easy check in and Owner very attentive. One the very best VRBO's we have stayed in.
