We had a wonderful stay at the property and the location was perfect!

Excellent location with a private beach. 5 min to SLT with a Safeway close by. Private beach is beautiful and clean. Secure location inside a gated community. 5/5 stars. Security deposit received less than a week after checkout. Highly recommend

The house is modern and well kept, with cool amenities including motorized window shades and bidets. 10/10 on the houses appearance and functionality. The main drawback with the house is the how dry the air is! Maybe it was the time of the year but every day we’d wake up with dry nostrils and throat. I’d suggest putting humidifiers in the rooms and throughout the house. Lastly, the check in process was pretty good. The directions could’ve been better for how to find the unit, but once we found the unit, getting the keys and entering the unit was easy. Checking out and receiving the security deposit was a bummer, though. The rental agreement says you get your refund deposited in your account up to 3-weeks after check out. I’m now going on Week 4 and have yet to have the deposit refunded in my account, although they’ve already issued an email confirming the refund amount. I got tired of waiting and instead went to my bank directly to dispute the transaction and force the refund. Companies are so quick to take your money but take forever to give it back.

This is a very nice condo. Just be aware that the HOA will only allow one vehicle on the property, which is extremely inconvenient.

Our family stayed at this house over the Memorial day weekend and enjoyed our stay. We had two teenagers and two grandparents in our group and everyone felt they had enough space.

The home was cozy and comfy, especially with the fire place (that's SO easy to light)!! The home was spotless when we arrived. The only issue was the heat. It is really warm in the master bedroom so I suggest keep the heat low and use the fan that is offered in the closet! Other than that, we really enjoyed the home and would rent it in the future! The general condition of the property was covered in snow so I cannot give it a five star or I could because it was a beautiful winter wonderland!!The properties location was approximately 10 minutes to Heavenly Valley, which was perfect!! Overall, I would suggest this property! It has a perfect modern charm in a mountain setting!

Reviewer Comments: Very clean apartment, convenient close to lake and Heavenly ski resort. Check in/out were very easy. During our stay, one of the sink was not working properly but the management got it fixed the same day. We wish the place is a bit more cozy and family friendly by providing some family board games. The apartment community road was a bit slippery and our car stuck a few times and rescued by the neighors. Wish there were some ways to keep the path safer to drive.
