You'll have the convenience of being together with the added benefit of separate living spaces when everyone wants a little room to relax.



Together, the two units offer 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and accommodations for up to 12 guests.



Each home has been fully renovated with a bright, playful coastal feel and features its own comfortable living room with a large TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom with walk-in shower, and private outdoor space.

Each unit accommodates up to 6 guests, for a combined maximum occupancy of 12 guests.



Both homes have partial A/C, with a split unit located in each living room. Leaving the bedroom doors open allows the cool air to circulate into the bedrooms, and all bedrooms also have ceiling fans for additional airflow.



Outside, each unit has its own private outdoor area where guests can gather around the firepit, relax beneath the string lights, enjoy morning coffee, or unwind after a day at the beach. Having two outdoor spaces also gives larger groups plenty of options to spread out and enjoy San Diego's year-round coastal weather.



The compound is pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can join the vacation too.



You'll also have driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles total—one vehicle per unit.



Best of all, you're just a short walk from Tourmaline Beach, making it easy to grab your beach gear and head out for a morning surf, spend the afternoon on the sand, or stroll down to watch the sunset.

Welcome to Pacific Beach, one of San Diego’s most loved coastal neighborhoods! The home is located within walking distance of Tourmaline Beach and Tourmaline Surfing Park, a local favorite known for its laid-back atmosphere, beautiful coastline, and great surfing.



Start your morning with a walk to the ocean, catch some waves, spend the afternoon on the sand, or head down for one of San Diego’s incredible sunsets. The surrounding Pacific Beach neighborhood offers plenty of casual restaurants, coffee shops, local eateries, shopping, and nightlife, all while keeping you close to the relaxed beach lifestyle.



You’ll also be a short drive from some of San Diego’s favorite destinations, including La Jolla, Mission Beach, Mission Bay, and SeaWorld.



Whether you’re visiting to surf, explore San Diego, or simply enjoy a few days by the ocean, this location makes it easy to experience the best of coastal San Diego.



Getting Around:

One of the best parts of this location is how easy it is to enjoy the beach lifestyle! Tourmaline Beach and Tourmaline Surfing Park are within walking distance, so you can leave the car behind for beach days, morning surf sessions, and sunset walks.



Pacific Beach is easy to explore by foot, bike, or car, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and local favorites nearby. La Jolla, Mission Beach, Mission Bay, SeaWorld, and other popular San Diego attractions are also just a short drive away.



The home includes driveway parking for one vehicle. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the area.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 people in beds. You may not exceed that at any time and will be strictly enforced.

This home is PET FRIENDLY. There will be a pet fee of $150 per pet, plus tax.



Baby items are available to rent for an additional charge (high chair and pac-n-play)



Boogie Boards are available to rent for an additional charge ($20/Each)



Beach Wagons are available to rent for additional charge: ($35/Each)



Early Check-In's and Late Check-Out's can be requested 1 week prior to check-in - But is not guaranteed - it is based on availability.



Early check in is a $25/Hr fee from 12PM



Late Check out is a $25/Hr fee from 11AM - 2PM
