Topsail's Treasure #148 - Oceanfront Home w/ Community Pool & Sound Access!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week at the beach was great! The house was very spacious with smart TVs everywhere. Its a short walk to the beach with a huge deck overlooking the ocean. The kitchen had more pots, pans, bowls, coffee cups and eating utensils than any other place we have rented over the past years.The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the coffee maker with a Keurig.I would suggest this place and will rent here again.

We had 8 people with us including a toddler and three teens. This was the perfect place with multiple rooms to spread out. Loved the front house on the beach! The porch is on the beach and you can see the ocean from the main two floors on each room. It was amazing. We went the week before memorial weekend which meant we didn’t have much of a crowd, we enjoyed the empty beaches. The house was in great shape, very clean and PLENTY of towels for the bathrooms. They come in personal sized packs with wash cloths and hand towels for each person. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and cooking utensils. Nice dining table area and bar area to eat and spread out. There is also a white storage bench outside with several sand toys for the kids and a few boogie boards. This unit does NOT have beach towels so make sure to bring your own. Also there is one blow dryer for the entire unit which really isn’t a biggie but we did have to share and pass from floor to floor. The kids enjoyed the kid room with 5 beds, books, toys, and puzzles! Had a blast. Great texting communication with rental company about trash info. You will need to go out and purchase your main bathroom toilet paper/ paper towel etc. but that’s to be expected. We loved it and hope to return one day!

The weather could not have been any better and our grandchildren played on the beach as if it were Summer. The overly spacious deck was perfect for sitting in the sun and enjoying the multitude of sea animals in our view. We love the spacious open living area and the fun fireplace. The extremely well equipped kitchen made it easy to fix lots of delicious eats. A holiday must! Look forward to many new happy times at this Topsail Treasure.

The first time we looked for a rental at Topsail we visited several in the off season to check them out. First time we walked into Topsail Treasure and saw the the expansive view of the ocean, we said this is it and rented it on the spot and we have never regretted it. The house is well maintained. The current Rental Agency, Landmark, is very service minded and responsive. The beach, even in peak season is family oriented and not crowded. Great place hope to be back next year. Great place for young family and children or in our case senior citizens who want to take the ocean in at a peaceful setting.

We have never had an issue with cleanliness, but there were so many issues, and we found more and more at the week went on. Also the dishwasher isn't cleaning well, probably do to the soap dispenser not opening up all the way and the freezer has gotten away worse. Otherwise, the view, location and accommodations were good as usual. The kitchen is stocked although the coffee mugs were too cluttered and one fell out of the cabinet when we opened it.

What we like best about it is the view - especially this year when we had storms. The kitchen is super nice as well. We also love the big deck and community pool. Over all great stay!

With 6 adults and 2 under 5 children, the spaciousness of downstairs was greatly appreciated, as was the upstairs sitting area. This house had THE best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen, from pots and pans, to ample dishes and silverware. And since we cook while there, the pantry space was perfect for all of our items. With its breathtaking view of the ocean and incredibly spacious deck, the little ones had extra play space. This was a win,win trip for all involved, an over the top stay,
