Stayed Jun 26, 2021Entire process was great. My contact for the property was Pat. Totally awesome. We have been renting houses on Topsail for 30 years. This was the best equipped home we ever stayed in. I had several questions prior to our trip and Pat responded almost immediately each time. A pleasure to deal with. In fact,we have already booked again for beach week 2022! Looking forward to next year already.

Stayed Jul 19, 2020This is by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect. And the house was great for a family vacation. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of extras in case you may have forgot something. Pat was in contact several times and made everything checking in and out so easy. Will definitely look into staying here next time.

Stayed Jun 20, 2019Our family loved staying at this beach property. Easy access to the beach (just across the street). The owners were wonderful to work with and even let us check-out a few hours later than scheduled. They were responsive to our texts/e-mails and had a well stocked home for us when we arrived (plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, pantry items, etc.) One of our favorite parts of the trip was sitting outside on the balcony and seeing a double rainbow. We loved this place and want to come back next year. Highly recommend this beach home to families!
