Topsail Beach Vacation Rental: Idyllic Ocean Views

Beautiful home, clean and close to beach access.

Our family of five stayed at this house during a recent trip to Topsail Beach. The house was in great shape and we appreciated the attention to detail that was put into some of the updates. It is a short walk to the beach or to the bay. The kids enjoyed the shed full of beach toys and the closet with board games. John was friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful house. Close to the beach.

Traveled with our 2 married daughters plus husbands, one 18 month old and 23 year-old son. Plenty of room for everyone! The beds were comfortable, and all the bathrooms have been renovated and are top notch. The kitchen has everything you need. Underneath the house is good space for all beach paraphernalia, but the house comes with a lot of beach chairs to use. They also have beach bikes, which we enjoyed using. The downstairs shower was my favorite after a day on the beach. Short walk across the street to the beach access. I have to say the best part is the front porch. We spent a ton of time sitting out there. Comfortable Adirondack chairs and enough for everyone. The owner John is communicative and answers any questions. He even alerted us to watch out for riptides one day when the weather was dicey. Definitely rent this beach house! You’ll have a blast.

We enjoyed our beach vacation in Topsail! Easy entry, great communication from John and clean on arrival. Great house location with an easy walk to beach access. Outdoor shower and gated backyard was great for post beach cleanup. It was close enough to “town” to go grab dinner but the kitchen amenities made it easy to make all our meals in house. Comfortable beds, nicely remodeled bathrooms, TVs everywhere (but we didn’t need them!) We really enjoyed our getaway and would definitely book again!

The house is recently remodeled and is amazing inside and out! It’s also in a great location! John is also a personable and accommodating owner. He included his personal number and email in the welcome email I received for the stay. Though a rental company handles everything, I thought it was nice to have the contact incase, other places I’ve stayed in previously only had the rental companies contact. We ended up checking in a day late and John reached out to us to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything, most owners wouldn’t care enough to check. Will absolutely be staying here again next year!

Everything about our stay at this house was exceptional. The location is perfect, between the ocean and sound. We used both daily. We’ve stayed in several rentals and this was the cleanest and best stocked. John, the owner, was super responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and has everything you’ll need for an amazing, unforgettable vacation.

From the moment we opened the door we knew this place was great. I believe this was first season rented. The photos and description were spot on! Walk to beach was easy. Five houses down...up a nice walkway over dune and bingo...one beautiful place. The water was almost Florida like. Warm and relatively calm. In it literally every day. And the side street next to the house led to the kayak launch. We used it for our kayaks and paddle board. Talk about a perfect NC visit! This Topsail Island I liked instantly 2 years ago. The house has the most beautiful appointments. Totally modern. AC up and down shower in master is so nice. Great builders on this place for sure. Beds perfect. Linen professionally done and ready. I could go on forever. This house you will want for nothing. 100% perfect. John was my contact and he was great. Gotta get there again....Thanks John.

We enjoyed our stay. House is supplied with everything we needed Nice backyard for cookout after day at beach (nearby). Good choice for a family stay ?
