Top' Sea Turvy - Private Pool, 5 Minutes To Beach, Tennis & Pickleball Court!

Location and house setup are really good. Bike rentals were a plus and made getting into town a nice excursion. We enjoyed the pool as well since the wind was really howling for most of the trip. The only disconnect was on the pool heater as the property management company initially said it was available for use when I initially booked but then found out later it was not functional/available when we needed to use it due to the weather. We may have chosen a different unit if we had known that up front. All in, it was a great vacation and we all really enjoyed the time on the island.

Plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children. The Plantation is a lovely location. The pool was a big hit in these warm temperatures. Being pet friendly was a great bonus! We are be-backers!!!

It’s a short walk to the beach and the private pool was a huge bonus for my grandkids ages 1-9. The house was clean and was equipped with everything that we could possibly need from alllll of the things in the kitchen to even a box of sand toys and some beach chairs. There’s also a nice high chair as well as a high chair booster seat. It’s also a short walk to the fitness center and Olympian type swimming pool. It’s the perfect location for being able to ride bicycles without having to worry about being ran over. The vacation rental company was very responsive and helpful anytime that I had any questions during the time leading up to our stay. We will definitely check for availability at this house when planning our next big family vacation.

This property is amazing!! We are a family of 5 with 3 mostly grown sons and a dog - there was plenty of room for everyone to relax either on their own or all together. House was extremely clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Having a pool was a definite plus, as was being to close to the beach. We love staying at The Plantation because all the extras are so convenient (Nick's Hole, fitness center, pool, bike/walking/running path, sunset viewing on west end, fishing spots) I would certainly stay here again! Only caution is for people who have trouble with stairs. We are all fit and in shape so it wasn't an issue, but I can see an elderly person having trouble (3 stories) with the main part of the house being on the 3rd floor. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The king bed was firm, which we appreciate. The upper deck always had a lovely breeze and acted as an extension to livable space. Our kids loved pool with the house that is cleaned twice a week. The Magnolia community pool is only a short walk. Beach walk less than 5 minutes. The gear rental credit was used and made packing much easier. Rental agency responsive.
