Cozy, clean and well stocked home. Would stay here again.

We loved the hot-tub and the view was gorgeous, day and night. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make dinner and had the space to hangout while doing it! We only stayed two nights and spent most of the time conflicted about being inside or outside because it was all wonderful!

This is one of out favorite places to stay. It’s clean and the owner is amazing. We look forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay. We took the kayaks out for a spin. We came to spend the day at the dinosaur footprints and museum. Highly recommend if you’re in the area! Praise God for his signs and wonders!

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Best play we have stayed hands down. Nothing went wrong or was needed, this place has everything you can ask for. We had 5 kids with us and they all had fun and something to do, they stayed busy. From being spacious inside, to having some games to play, to cornhole, a lot of room in the backyard to play. Hot tub, we used everything and we enjoyed every bit of it. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, comfortable living area. This place did not skip a beat. The most favorite activity was the Kayaks, I had to shut it down because it got dark, or else we would be out there even longer. 1,000% recommended. We were all happy with it. Thank you.

This house is on one of several canals. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids. The neighborhood was pleasant and quiet. Our grandkids enjoyed the kayaks, fishing, hot tub, and making s'mores in the fire pit. We went to Dinosaur Valley one day and Fossil Rim the next day. We also went downtown one evening, but it was kind of dead as it was on a Tuesday. Cute, though.

This home was fantastic with plenty of fun activities to enjoy. The backyard, deck, and patio were just perfect, and the location was excellent. I did have a few concerns about the cleanliness of certain areas, but after discussing them with Matt, I felt it was an isolated issue. He was receptive to my feedback and assured me it would be addressed promptly.

Everything was as good as the listing said. Great bedrooms and big enough for our family. The outside amenities were perfect. We would definitely stay again.

We had a relaxing time here! Quiet Neighborhood, Clean & Spacious Home, Comfortable beds. We spent alot of time fishing and even made friends with a local..... Lou the Water Turtle. Lou would swim up and hang out with us ALL DAY, EVERY DAY throughout our entire stay. He loves to play ball by chasing after fishing bobbers so be careful with him! We will return to this home again with our family for relaxing weekends.

The house and amenities are 5 star! Location couldn’t be beat and the property manager is very quick to respond.

Plenty of space for our family, comfy beds, GREAT outdoor area, and just an all around wonderful place to stay.

We had the best time from floating in the channel to using jacuzzi. This place has lots to offer from a great fire pit and kayaks to use. The bed was comfy and the place was great to accommodate a large number of folks.

I needed a place big enough to fit visiting family that offered ways to enjoy the weather over Memorial Weekend. The lake canal was very easy to access with kayaks via lift, and the hot tub and patio were pleasant places to take in the water activity.

I stayed with my daughter, her husband and her family and my wife. We had four children as well ages ranging 6-17. The house was perfect for us and had things to do for everyone. The nearby Dinosaur Valley State Park was a big hit for the youngest 2. The hot tub was a hit with the teens. Had a great time visiting the Granbury square and taking the ghost tour as well. Overall it was a super relaxing weekend for all.

The home was exactly as advertised. The hot tub was nice and clean and the host was easy to deal with. Great stay!

Everything was good, with a few issues. The master bathroom faucets need work. The bathtub jets don’t work and the hot tub only half the jets work. Wonderful location and nice house. Communication was good!

The house was lovely and the location perfect. Right on the lake and not a far drive into town. We had a wonderful time. Had everything we needed!

Had a fun 4 night stay for a mini spring break getaway. The house was comfortable for the family to spread out and exactly as described. I especially appreciated the little amenities of provided coffee, shampoo, etc.

Matt was extremely communicative, and the property was great for a family gathering for the holidays.

Plenty of room for parking. House was very clean, beds were comfortable. Inside and outside spaces were great for gathering to chat and play games. Only negative (but not to detract from a 5 star rating) not enough wine glasses. But turned out several brought their own so all turned out great.

This was a very comfortable house. It was clean and had plenty of space for the six of us. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms had plenty of counter space. Great rental!

We had an amazing weekend with family at your beautiful lake property. It wasn’t too fair from Tarleton State where our daughter attends college, we also enjoyed family weekend in Stephenville.
