Top-Rated Beach Rental. Super clean & well-appointed. Private heated pool!

This rental was perfect for my cousin reunion! Spacious, clean, organized, and had all the amenities we needed - and was so close to the beach! The owner was very communicative and responsive. I will say the kitchen was on the smaller side, but if you're not planning on cooking/eating at home much, it's a good size. 10/10, would highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Surf City, especially if you have a large group!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Summer Salt - The property was very well supplied with essentials for any activity from cooking to boogie boarding. The pool was a tremedous asset to help with coping with the heat. It provided a safe water experience for our 1 and 4 year old grandchildren.We had a wonderful week of relaxation and fun.

This was the second time we stayed here and again we are so happy we did! The house has everything you need including bunk beds witch my kids loved. The pool is amazing. The house is located very close to a beach access and close to the shops and restaurants but far enough away you don't have to deal with any noise from them. The owners are amazing and extremely nice and helpful with anything you need.

Property has everything you need - just bring your clothes and get groceries. Close to restaurants and shops. Short walk to public beach. Private pool a definite plus for the kids.

Everything was just as described! We all enjoyed vacation and loved the home we rented. We were sad to leave and will look forward to a return trip!

This was one of the best family vacations!! The house and the pool were absolutely wonderful and the short walk to the beach was also a plus! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again...hopefully next time with a couple grandchildren (we're still waiting for those little guys to make an appearance) The house is definitely set up with family and children. This is our second time staying here and we will continue to always stay here when visiting Topsail Island. The house is very close to the beach and walking distance to town. All six of us loved the backyard and pool. The house and outdoor beach closet is very well stocked. Trudy is very responsive and wonderful to rent from.

This was our second time staying here and it was as fabulous as the first time. The owners have thought of everything you’d need and it’s there! House is clean, comfortable and so easy to enjoy the beach and pool!

The house has everything a family can need and even what they don't realize they need. It really helps with the chaos inherent to traveling with small kids. We love it and can't wait to come back!

We had an awesome stay and loved the house. The pool feels very private. Beach access is only a few steps away. It is also close to all of the restaurants and shops in Surf City.
