Toes in the Sand--Oceanfront

Thank you so much for opening your home to us! This was our first family vacation (2 small children - 3 and 1 years old). Toes in the Sand was so warm and welcoming - and Cheryl was so kind and helpful. Thanks for helping make our time in NC so wonderful and our first family trip so special!The entire process from booking and check-in to check-out was super smooth! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. There was lots of games for all ages! Cheryl was very communicative and answered any questions we had along the way. And the ocean front views were AMAZING!!! Highly recommend 10/10!!

This beach house is beautiful and incredibly clean. The hostess is very responsive and helpful. And we really enjoyed our week here.We loved having a clothesline to dry our towels, etc. after a big day on the beach. The hoses were so helpful for getting all the sand off each day. And all the ceiling fans in the house were wonderful on especially hot days as a nice accompaniment to the air conditioning. If you are used to temperatures in the 60's, you may want to add a portable fan for bed sides.The refrigerator has lots of room and the best ice makers!Thank you for a lovely stay. We would definitely return to this wonderful property!!! :-)

This beach house was absolutely perfect! Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with charming coastal touches, and the view was unbeatable—right on the beach! We made so many sweet family memories here with our kiddos, from watching dolphins from our deck in the morning, building sand castles & collecting sea shells, swimming in the ocean waves, to evening walks on the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and reconnect. Highly recommend! We can't wait to be back!!

The property was the best we have stayed at since starting our family vacations with littles. The short walk to the beach was absolutely convenient. I felt comfortable enough for my 5 year old to run back to the house to grab a toy she forgot because I could see her the whole way. Very important for a family. The best part to me was the cleanliness. I don’t feel comfortable unless I feel completely clean and this property was just that. Will be booking another visit next year!!

This place is wonderful. The views are amazing. We had 10 people including 5 kids and didn’t feel crowded. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Plenty of dishes and cookware. There were cards and board games available, even a booster seat for the baby. Outer shower and water hoses to spray off after the beach were super helpful. The kids especially enjoyed searching for crabs on the beach every night. Cheryl was quick to respond to any questions. Hope to be able to return again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Toes in the Sand. The beachfront home had stunning views of the ocean, and was perfect for getting on and off the beach with ease. Unfortunately the weather had other ideas for our vacation, but thankfully we had plenty of space in the house with games and things to do while we waited out the rain. When the sun came out we could easily go down to the beach since we were so close. Cheryl was a wonderful host that was very responsive whenever we needed to reach out, I would highly recommend renting from her and visiting this property if you are looking for a relaxing beach stay in N. Topsail!

House was EXACTLY as shown in photos. Gorgeous views from inside and outside the home. Kitchen was well equipped…we had everything we needed. Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas were available. Beds comfy, laundry very nice and convenient to have. Host very helpful and responsive. Deck and walkway to beach was perfection…beach is actually closer than it looks. Produce stand with fresh ice cream, desserts, baked goods, boiled peanuts and jams practically across the street was really great to have. Very happy with our week and hope to rent again on our next visit!!!

What a great place to stay! It's right on the beach, perfect for playing in the ocean & walking the beach scouting for shells/shark teeth. Mornings were spent watching the sunrise & nights watching the moon rise over the ocean.

This place was very clean and nice! We enjoyed our stay! The owner was very easy to get in touch with if we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better week at the beach! The location was amazing…beach was never overly crowded. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. You can tell it is a well loved home by the owners! The kitchen is so well stocked with anything you could think of needing for a week at the beach and more! The beds and bedding were so very comfortable and views were absolutely breathtaking! The owner was so quick to respond and great to work with! Thank you “Toes in the Sand” for being providing a dream vacation for our family…looking forward to coming back again!!!
