Excellent property, super clean and comfortable. The pool is divine and very clean, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. Everything is truly spectacular, and it's super close to the beach. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Thank you.

We had a great week. The house was nice and the heated pool a bonus. Everything was neat, clean and up to date. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay in September 2025. The house was everything as described and more! Everything was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and the pool was awesome! If you are staying in Naples, this is the place to be as it is conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, shops, the zoo, and other fun activities. Kudos to the excellent hosts for all their recommendations and this stellar place!

This home was A+++! It was in a nice quiet location, clean and the pool is an added plus! Plenty of restaurants in the area and a quick 5 min drive to the beach. Matthew is a terrific host and available if needed. I will definitely be staying again. This home is a perfect place to stay in Naples!!!

This property was perfect for our time in Naples! The location is a short drive to the beach. The pool at the house was amazing in every way! The owners thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a complete supply of beach gear to use even cooler packs to use for a day at the beach! Not only was the house completely spotless, it is cozy and homey. Highly recommended for a family stay or a fun girls getaway. Thank you for making our summer trip even better!

The house was perfect for our family of five. It was clean and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The pool was great, our kids especially loved it, and the location of the property was ideal to get to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. 5 Stars ⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was very clean and provided plenty of space for our family of 6. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and the home had everything we needed during our stay. As mentioned in other reviews the beds were very comfy! We would definitely stay here again!

This house was great, it was perfect for us. It is well located, close to Mercato and many commercial places and restaurants. Matthew, the owner is very responsive. It is quiet, nice sidewalks, close to beach. Great experience! Highly recommended!

Terrific location and an owner who is super attentive and responsive to requests. Interior could use some updating but the property was very clean and functional. Neighborhood includes a mix of new construction and more mature homes. Easy walking distance to a number of great local attractions and hidden gems. Would definitely recommend

The house is perfect for adults and children. Alot of good memories. The host was exceptional informing us of places to try. Victoria park on Christmas is awesome, never seen lights like that. Vanderbilt beach was the best. Thank you Matthew for a great time.

Home was clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The little things like board games, coffee pods, and little games for the kids are a nice added touch! Would recommend!

The house was perfect for our vacation. It was clean and fully stocked. Matthew was a great host. We highly recommend checking out Naples happy hour options for great eats and drinks at reasonable prices. There were plenty of options nearby. We were here during hurricane Helene and the house had no issues and we were able to enjoy our week with only one day of challenging weather (we were thankful for that). 5/5 ⭐️. We hope to return for another vacation here in the future.

Beach access was easy and the pool was great, especially the sun shelf. We loved how close it was to the Mercato too. There’s plenty of dining and shopping spots right around the corner. The house had everything we needed for a day at the beach and plenty of games too. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.

Our family is thankful for this rental. We had the most relaxing experience. Everything we needed was provided at this cozy feels like home home. We had plenty of chairs for the beach, games to play with the family, beach toys, and more. This home is located to so many stores and conveniences. We would walk the Mercato and headed to 5th Avenue. The sunsets were amazing every night and great way to wind down the day. Looking for good places to eat while you here? Hit up the Happy Hour at most of the restaurants. Feel like staying in? There were plenty of pots and pans, and grill for all of your cooking needs. Thanks to the amazing host who was very communicative. We are looking forward to booking again in the future.
