Tipsy Turtle | Ocean Views + Pool!

I’m going 5 star with this one. Sure … as previously stated, there’s a kitchen chair leg that is broken and a sliding glass door handle missing … but come on, that did not ruin the experience at all. In fact, the grill was missing and within 24 hours of me emailing someone, another one arrived! The views alone for this place is enough to get us to return! The ease of getting to the beach, the multiple rinse showers, the pool, the bunk bed kids room … all of these things were what we were looking for. Thank you for a wonderful vacation house and a relaxing experience!

We had a lovely time. The House is iceanfront. It had two plunge pools. Great location with beautiful views.

Ants in our beds and bathrooms. They did set traps the last day which helped but disappointing.

Overall great place. There were some maintenance issues, Noisy pool pump near 1st floor master Bed frames in both bunk room and north side 1st floor bedroom unstable...we had to screw them back together. Drawer in stove off track had to be pulled out and reseated. Screws missing from som of the dining chairs lower rungs....so we couldnt re pair. Dishwasher lower rack goes off rails . Pool was well maintained.

Needs better maintenance of the outside and some inside, door handle on sliding door broke dirst day and wide just closed it, several stools and chairs about to fall apart i fixed, the yard and pool area need tlc.

It was a great week! Plenty of sun, fun times and our hardest decision each day was, Do we go to the pool or beach?. Most days we did both! Nice having everything right out your back door. Main living areas were large enough for all of us to be together. Everyone loved the house.

We had a great family vacation at this beach house. I would stay here again. The location was wonderful and the kids enjoyed the pool. The beach and ocean was beautiful. Topsail island is our favorite beach to vacation at. Thanks for great family memories.

This was our 3rd year renting this. The first 2 years were awesome. This year, the A/C was broke, the rental mgmt company put some 'portable units' in. These caused the breakers to trip several times. The kitchen is full of pis ants. When asked about the AC on days 2. 3, 4 etc, no resolution. The owner stayed at the adjacent duple x, apparently he too was having AC problems. He had an AC repair man come fix his, didn't bother to send them to us. Just a total fiasco. Never will stay there again.

Was the perfect house for a family of five and grandparents!

The property was as listed except that the washing machine was not in working order. This was reported on our first day. The management company told us that a repairman would not be here until Monday. The repairman never showed up even after two additional calls. There is a significant water leakage issue in the ceiling of the family room. We reported this and sent photos.
