Stayed May 20, 2026The house was great for our short beach getaway. It was well appointed, with comfortable furniture and the kitchen was well stocked. It was also great to have access to a wagon, sand toys and chairs for use on the beach.I particularly enjoyed the covered porches on the front and back of the house, which allowed use to make use of being outside, while still having the comfort of shade and the household amenities nearby.I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We had a wonderful stay at the Tip Sea Turtle property in Surf City. The reverse layout of the house is great. Kitchen is well stocked. We had a few minor issues. Contacted Brittany and she was very prompt at communicating and taking care of them! It is great to work with someone who really cares about your stay! Thank you Brittany!!

Stayed Apr 10, 2023Great home for our spring family vacation! The home was well furnished and even came with linens (wish we would have known because we had already rented them from a linen company.) Definitely rent the golf cart, It was the highlight of our trip!

Stayed Dec 26, 2022Cleanliness, location and comfort! This home was perfect for my adult son, my teenaged daughter, our puppy and myself to visit my oldest son who lives in Surf City. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, entire home was very clean and the location is great! The decks are fantastic for sunrises and sunsets. Communication was great and check in/out very easy. I hope to return this summer and would definitely stay in this home again!
