Timber Terrace - .9 mi Downtown *pet friendly

Beautiful home and area! Had a wonderful Thanksgiving and home was spotless, comfortable and stocked. Hosts were very responsive! Would stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family of three…2 adults and 1 teenager. We were celebrating our son’s birthday and visiting Embry-Riddle Univ. The house was super comfortable, tastefully decorated and had any amenities we needed. It’s perfectly situated between Phoenix and Sedona. The landscaping is beautiful and we especially loved the back deck! Our favorite breakfast spot in Prescott was B Simple- portions were hearty and food was incredible! The hosts truly went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be more thankful!

Perfect spot for a getaway. Clean house, great layout. The hosts were very kind and provided things for the pup too! Would stay again!

The location is conveniently close to downtown, but initially very hard to find, as GPS is incorrect. If you could provide detailed directions for future guests, that would be helpful! Very clean and everything we needed for our stay.

Lovely home and very clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay easy and is located near the downtown area. The hosts were quick to respond also. We had an amazing time here.

The picture of the yard on VRBO was deceiving, not as large as it appeared in photo. We particularly wanted to stay here because we have dogs and wanted a large fenced yard. Hosts need to emphasize how many stairs are in the inside and outside of the home, not a good fit for older people. GPS will get a person close to property but ends up at an apartment building with a locked gate across. The property is on the other side of the locked gate and up a narrow steep driveway. It took us an hour to figure out how to actually get to the property. Other than that; the house was beautiful!

Fabulous place. Quiet and scenic yet close to downtown. Has everything you need and a great deck where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Super dog friendly with a great fenced yard. would definitely stay here again!

Cabin feel minutes from down town. Feels twice as big as the square footage. Perfect family getaway. Quiet and clean. Hosts are very accommodating

Overall great place to stay. A lot of wildlife to see right from the back deck. We saw a family of deer while eating dinner!

We had a great stay at this house. It was clean, close to whiskey row, and had a nice backyard for my 2 large dogs to walk around. Uber/lyft to whiskey row area was about 5. The driveway is not only narrow but there also isn’t much room to park or turnaround at the top (which the host already mentions in their description). I parked a full size truck at the top next to the house but it just requires extra maneuvering to get up and down properly. I also liked that the house seemed more private since it was nestled in the boulders on a hill. I would stay at this house again next time I’m in the area!

We enjoyed our stay at the Timber Terrace. It was quiet and roomy and close to downtown. We really enjoyed the deck!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious, clean, and well stocked. It had lots of outside patio space. Very serene setting but close to downtown. The hosts were very responsive and . Would definitely stay here again!

The place was great, very clean and close to everything. Only one issue, which is mostly me, driveway very narrow and at least for me difficult to get up and down. Otherwise we all had a great time.

Very chill and great place to hang with family. Awesome for pets! Felt comfortable with the dog roaming the back lot area!

We are a family of four from Scottsdale, Arizona. We went up to Prescott to see the Fourth of July fireworks. The house is super cute. We loved the upstairs family room area. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. The upstairs deck was amazing and my daughter saw her first shooting star ?
