Thumb Butte Sunset Loft - Downtown

The shower was amazing and the balcony was so nice to sit out on and enjoy the sunset with some coffee.

Clean space. Quiet area but close to downtown. Had everything we needed. Really appreciated the ease of the checkout process!

Shane was great communicating all the details and location. Perfect place for great sleep and a comfortable stay. So much attention to detail makes the place such a great place to stay.

We stayed for the Hotshots 19 workout at captain crossfit. It was really great and the location is awesome! The only slight downside is that small extra bed is in a coup that’s not super obvious in the listing.

The accomodations were nice for a family with children. The primary bedroom was spacious; however, the 2 bedroom is more suited for children than adults. There are quite a few stairs to get into the loft. The location was perfect for downtown.

This was a great property for a couple or small family to enjoy a getaway in the quaint city of Prescott. An easy walk to historic downtown and a peaceful place to relax in the evenings and watch the sun go down on the deck. Would highly recommend!

Perfect spot for husband and I! Easy access, as listed in the site, very clean. This is where we stayed before and after our wedding it was a amazing spot and so cozy feeling. Would recommend to family and friends and hopefully we can stay again sometime soon!

Arrived late and a huge spider welcomed and scared us...but the inside was delightful..loved the k cups n bottled water. Loved the deck and being able to walk downtown.

My family enjoyed staying here for a quick trip to Prescott. It was a quiet little area close enough to downtown for our needs. Clean, comfortable, and my 6 year old son loved the little hideaway room.

It's a cozy efficient and clean place. The neighborhood is not desirable but the overall view is as advertised. My wife would stay again so I would too.

We stayed two nights, and the property was just what we were looking for. The location is within walking distance of downtown Prescott, and has several restaurants and shops nearby. The property itself was clean and modern, with nearly every amenity you could need, and communication with the host was fast and friendly. We would definitely recommend this VRBO and hope to visit again soon.

We had a nice visit to Prescott. This upstairs loft is a 5 minute walk from the Courthouse Plaza and has lots of nice touches such as a quiet A/C, ceiling fan, good internet, several outlets and light switches and lots of other amenities. The balcony is compact, but perfect for 2-3. One word of caution, if you or a family member have any mobility issues, the stairs in the loft and the hills in the neighborhood may be challenging. Nice place, we will be back!

We did an overnight, up from the valley. We’ll be back. Great location to walk to bars and restaurants.

Very comfortable but forgot there was no stove...heating plates tho. Lots of excellent restaurants & close to walk to downtown!!

We enjoyed our short stay here so much. It’s an adorable unit and so convenient to explore the historic downtown area. Although my favorite part was enjoying the spectacular yard area that was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing to sit or walk around in.
