Stayed Aug 24, 2024We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach access as well as the townhouse amenities like the pool. Kitchen was fully furnished with more than enough cooking supplies . We enjoyed sitting out on the decks in the evenings. Overall very happy and would rent again if we’re ever back in the area. Only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars; there was some cosmetic damage with flooring/trim on and around the stairs.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024The location was perfect: so close to beach, close to nightlife, generous parking. Loved having the pool access and 4 decks. Wear and tear throughout, but the many pros outweighed those cons. We had a great stay!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is perfect location in Dewey Beach and was fine for our 8 people.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Joe was great, facility not so much. Lacks thorough cleaning to include air vents. Multiple malfunctioning doors.
