Three-story beach dream with a private pool, decks, & central AC

Since I am limited to only 1500 characters I will be short and to the point. This was the first and will be the last time we stay in Sandbridge. This house could be a great house if it was maintained and cleaned properly.-pool was filthy and full of sand, the light was broken-baby gated pictured is not properly installed-spiders and spiderwebs inside and out and no light out back prevented us from being able to use the outside in the evening and any of the decks during the day and night. Also prevented us from using the outside shower and bathroom on the 1st floor, looked like they had not been touched in months. We had a cooler outside and after the first night it was covered in black stuff, assuming poop of some kind bug, because it also covered the whole outside of the house-kitchen not equipped for large family-no working vacuum-no broom (had to go out and buy one)-house was not very clean when we arrived-hose outside had holes all in it and dry rotted so we had to buy a new one to clean off the sand etcWe chatted multiple times with support and they put in multiple tickets, but only saw or heard from local one time. We ended up leaving early because one evening we tried to stay outside by the pool and massive spiders came out and I mean massive and tons of them, and in the house as well. The day we left a pest service showed up and said they were there for just a routine spray, so obviously they were never contacted by the rental company.

This was our first and will be our last visit to Sandbridge unfortunately. The house had a great location but with all the issues and lack of maintenance it really did ruin our experience. We ended up leaving a day early because it just was not pleasant. Pool was dirty and never cleaned while we were there, salt was put in the pool and just dumped and left for us to spread around Baby gate that was pictured in the listing was not installed properly Spiders and spider webs all over the house, inside out Could not use any of the outdoor decks because of the spiders, webs and bug poop all over them Kitchen is not equipped with enough utensils for a large family No working vacuum No broom - had to go out and purchase one House was dirty when we got here - carpet in living room still had food on it and so did the kitchen table Bathroom on first floor was dirty and full of spiders so no one could use it Outdoor shower was so dirty no one could use it

The house is beautiful. You can tell the owner takes pride in their home. As the outside furniture gets old they are replacing it with polywood patio furniture. This area has a spider problem . They come out when it gets dark and spin webs all over the outside decks. Don't let any clothes out overnight! We came in when they came out!! We enjoyed the pool area daily. Nice perk is having a bathroom right off the pool area.

Seasider is a wonderful home with spacious rooms and beautiful decor. We had 3 family units and each had their own area. The kitchen is well stocked including sufficient cookware, and there is even glass/plastic storage containers with matching lids -- a rarity! Each bedroom has direct access to the outside decks -- so convenient. We loved the water views and outdoor decks on every level where you can find either shade or sun any time of day. We will be back!

Overall, our family’s stay was nice and plenty of space. There were some minor cleanliness issues. For anyone having mobility challenges, there are a lot of stairs in the house between the pool/grill and main living area. Also, be prepared to bring beach chairs and buggy as none are provided with this rental.

The house was very nice. Lots of steps. There were lots of spider webs in the ceiling fans and doorways. We checked in at night and it was very dark. Had some issues with the passcode to get in. The Vacasa rep was very helpful to assist us over the phone to get us in the house.

The AC needs to be fixed on the second floor, spider and bugs inside and out, power wash the entire house outside, wash the covering on the couch, fix the second floor closet in the master bedroom, the kitchen sink is leaking, clean the pool or shall I continue. I called repeatedly about my concerns and no one has called back. My friends and I were very uncomfortable and unable to utilize the entire house, pool, or patios. I was hoping to hear back from the manager before writing this review but apparently my concerns were not of importance.

Amazing house! We really enjoyed our stay and the beds were really comfortable. Highly recommend this house to anyone.

The location and house were great. But the spiders and webs were ridiculous. It was hard to enjoy the decks because of this.

The house was nicely updated and large. The bathroom to guest ratio was fantastic for our group. Guest services was wonderful

This listing had heated pool listed on the first line, in the description and as an amenity. My children were unable to enjoy the pool for days during our trip due to it being cold. The property manager told me at first they could not turn on the heat, then that it was season dependent and then that it would be an additional charge. I requested where it stated that on the listing or the confirmation page and they were unable to provide that. If you are looking for a heated pool, good interaction with the host and honesty, this is not the place.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Seasider. The house provides all the comforts of home, plus some. A fully stocked kitchen includes every appliance you could need. Cozy bedrooms and very clean bathrooms. The pool was perfect and offered a nice ending to each beach day. We'd definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous house rental, and it exceeded all my expectations. The stunning views from the decks were absolutely breathtaking. I looked forward to enjoying my morning coffee each day while overlooking the serene water – a perfect start to my mornings. The location is ideal, with a short walk to the beach or short drive to one of the many beach town restaurants. I personally did some grocery shopping the first day and cooked most meals so as to enjoy the property and its views. After the beach each day, we would usually walk back and take that time to enjoy the beautiful pool with a book (and adult beverage) in hand. The house itself was immaculate and spotless, with everything looking brand new. The attention to detail in maintaining the property is commendable. Overall, this house rental provided an exceptional experience, combining comfort, beauty, and convenience. I can't wait to return!

This house is stunning! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. It is perfectly located between the ocean and the bay with ocean views from the back deck and bay views from the front. It is also a minute walk from the beach. We can’t wait to come back again!
