Welcome to this comfortable family home located in a safe and secure neighborhood, just minutes from downtown Sioux Falls, dining, and local activities.

You’ll have full access to the entire home, which includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, living spaces on both levels, a deck, and laundry facilities. Features such as blackout curtains, keypad entry, a dishwasher, and washer/dryer are provided to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

The Space

Enter the main foyer, where you’ll find access to the upper and lower levels of the home.

The upper level features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need during your stay. The kitchen includes essential cookware, a Keurig coffee maker with pods, and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, garbage disposal, full refrigerator, and stove. Just off the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six.

From the kitchen, step out onto the deck for outdoor relaxation, which includes a picnic bench.

The adjoining living room provides a cozy space with a couch, two chairs, a coffee table, a TV, board games, and books for your entertainment.

This level also includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom features a TV, while both bedrooms offer comfortable beds, nightstands, and spacious closets.

The lower level includes a spacious family room with a couch, two chairs, a coffee table, and a TV. A dedicated desk workspace is also available. This level also includes one additional bedroom with a comfortable bed and nightstands. A second full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom for added convenience. Across from the bedroom is the laundry room, where a washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with detergent and dryer sheets provided.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. There will be no other guests or occupants on-site aside from those included in your reservation.

Access to the home is provided via a secure lockbox using the code shared in your welcome message. If you have any trouble accessing the property, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.
