Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not stay in our initial rental property due to a few problems with insect bites and air quality. Down Home Property Mgmt. promptly moved us to a different property 1408 Caldera that was huge improvement and allowed us to enjoy the balance of our vacation. Thank yous to Lisa for facilitating this change quickly.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, close to everything, shopping, restaurants, golf. We just weren't happy with our specific rental unit. Not very clean and very outdated.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The golf cart was great! The carpeting needed cleaned. The main bathroom was very small. There wasn’t a light above the stove. There was only a very small skillet. We had little bugs in the kitchen and bath. They did have someone come and spray but we continued to have a problem with the bugs.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property needs to be updated. Several items were worn, bedding, living room furniture. Kitchen dishwasher needs attention, filter was plugged up. Guest bed had frame sticking out causing injury to leg.
