This charming two bedroom, two bath home is the perfect place to enjoy Saugatuck

Good. The garbage disposal doesn’t work and water didn’t drain in the sink. The door lock to get in was a little complicated. Also I’d add throw pillows in the living room as the couch wasn’t very comfortable.

The house was in a great location, walkable to downtown. The beds were comfy and there was ample space in the home. The kitchen was well appointed and appliances were easy to navigate. We rented the place because it had 3 beds--2 bedrooms and a pullout couch. When we arrived there were no sheets for the pullout couch, but we appreciated the management bringing sheets over the next day. As a renter you receive a PDF and an email with check-in / check-out instructions and they are also posted on the fridge in the home. There are slight variations to each set of instructions (e.g., WiFi password, what to do with the trash, what to set the thermostat on at checkout). We went with the fridge instructions as that was the WiFi password that worked, but this would be an easy fix to be consistent. Saugatuck is a delightful town! Walkable with lots of great shops and eateries. We'd like to go back. Thank you for offering this home to renters.

Great location. Walking distance to River, restaurants, shopping. Loved the outdoor space and fire pit. Nice size bedrooms.

We enjoyed staying the weekend. Home is slightly under a mile to downtown which was very walkable. Home was as advertised, newly renovated and worked well for our family weekend trip.

It was fine. There were some issues with check-in, the AC unit and refrigerator which were ultimately resolved during the stay but it was frustrating to have to deal with them over the course of a three night stay. The fire pit area was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the management company was just okay. They addressed the issues but communication regarding when things would be fixed was lacking. I'd consider staying again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

We booked this place for our wedding weekend in Saugatuck, and it was a good size and pretty good location. However, for the nightly price, we were disturbed by the lack of cleanliness and amenities and did not find the place comfortable. Immediately we noticed 2 inches of thick dust on the fan blades, and the wood floors were filthy (the soles of our socks were black after walking around.) In addition, the master bathroom sink was clogged and there were cobwebs on the lighting above the mirror with bugs trapped in them. I notified the property mgmt and they offered to have their housekeeper come back, but we were too busy with wedding activities to coordinate them coming back. The whole point of a check in time is that the place is ready before then. We could not find oven mitts, and the fridge leaked constantly, causing a puddle on the kitchen floor that I slipped on right after we checked in which was beyond inconvenient, it’s actually dangerous. The windows had no screens and when we tried watching TV the speakers on the TV were blown out and sounded fuzzy. One of the beds was rock hard and the pillows were all way too firm and uncomfortable. Finally, on our last morning there we were cleaning up and getting ready to leave, and someone from their cleaning team arrived an hour before checkout and sat at the end of the driveway (15 feet from front door) for the next hour just watching us as we packed up and checked out. It was invasive and unpleasant.

Great accomodations! My wife and I have been vacationing with our dogs in Saugatuck for 8 years. This place was one of our best experiences!

Great location and well appointed

Great location and clean property. Kevin was an awesome host despite a utility issue outside the home that required him to move us to another property for part of our stay. This issue was out of his control but he really handled it beautifully. My only suggestion would be some updated decor and nicer bedding.
