Stayed Jul 12, 2025Our overall stay at 3rd Coast was great, the accommodations were better than we had hoped and the cleanliness was superb. The accessories, cookware, grilling and the space was awesome. Close to the water, shopping, restaurants, yet it gave us privacy, quietness and space. Will definitely stay again in the future and host were awesome!

Stayed Aug 31, 2024We had a wonderful time. House was clean and roomy. They thought of everything when it comes to kitchen, bathroom and laundry room supplies. It was a first for us to find coffee and cups, laundry detergent, and towels for the beach! We will book again!!

Stayed Aug 9, 2024The house is very well laid out 3 bedroom 2 full bath. The owners provide you with. Fishing poles, Beach toys for the kids, Outback there is nice patio a with a Barbecue pit gas or charcoal, Crab boiling station with pot. They really hook you up.. We will definitely stay again and suggest to friends. Jose.kid

Stayed Jun 2, 2023Upon entering the house, we were welcomed with a cold blast of AC, perfect for a hot humid summer day.This house was so warm and inviting and welcoming . From the board games to the wonderfully stocked kitchen, it was like we had returned home to visit Mom. Communication with the host was very efficient and responses were immediate. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Stayed May 29, 2023Have stayed here many times in the past 10 years and always a pleasure. House is clean, well-stocked and the owner is as good as they come. always nice and ready to help. Have forgotten my clothes several time. they washed and delivered them to the house the next time we came down. Ask yourself how many times that has happened to you. If your going to Rockport for any reason this is the house for you

Stayed Mar 30, 2023Have stayed here many times over the last 10 years. This is by far the best home for the money at Rockport. The price is low compared to other Homes we have used only because this one was already rented. It is clean with good a/c nicely stocked big back yard and geat owners.
