I would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking to visit LBI. Perfect size for our family of five. Our host responded to all messages quickly and was a pleasure to work with.

We had a great week at this property! The house is steps away from the sand & we did not even have to wear flip flops! The beach itself is expansive & just beautiful. The common areas of the home are spacious and nicely appointed. The couches in the living room were big & comfortable & the kitchen had a banquette that made great use of the space. There were water views from the kitchen as well as the rooftop which we loved the best! There was a hightop table for (4) so you could see the ocean and (2) couches and a big weber grill. We ate out most nights but we enjoyed snacks & cocktails before dinner and take out on some nights. Every morning we also had coffee upstairs! The beds were very comfortable, however, the second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and the 3rd bedroom had 2 single beds. We did not push the 2 singles together but you could do that if a couple wanted to. We gave the largest bedroom to our daughter and her husband because they have an infant & it could accomodate their portable crib and baby gear without a problem. The host was amazing to deal with and very accommodating; he allowed us to check in early because the house was ready (did not have to do that). When we asked any question, the response was quick & helpful. We could not have asked for a better experience!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! From the moment we arrived, everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The home was airy and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for our group to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor spaces—especially the balcony—were ideal for morning coffee or sunset drinks.The location was unbeatable: just a short walk to the beach, and close to great restaurants and shops. It was the perfect mix of peaceful retreat and easy access to everything we needed. We felt right at home and appreciated all the little touches that made our stay extra special.We’ll definitely be back next year. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, stylish beach getaway!

The house is very well maintained, clean and has modern amenities. Ron is wonderful to work with and very helpful. We enjoyed the beach, the bay, climbing the lighthouse, mini golf and wonderful food on the island. Great relaxing and stress relieving long weekend! Thank you!

Our family had a great stay Labor Day week. Ron made check-in super easy, and even texted to let us know the house was ready hours earlier than the official check-in time. The house is well stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies and everything was very clean. The roof deck is the best part of the house, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The location, the third from the beach, cannot be beat.

What a peaceful week! Quiet street so close to the beach it was almost too good to be true! Walkable to so many things. House was well appointed and had everything you would need for a stress free stay. The welcome letter from Ron and his wife was so thorough and complete and Ron was so kind as no friendly and very easy to communicate with.

The house was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location just steps from the beach. The roof top deck was a great place to have your coffee watching the sun come up in the morning. Ron was a pleasure to rent from and I will definitely rent this house again. Can't wait to come back again!
