Great host exceptionally clean Highly recommended

The house is in a good location with easy access to downtown Newport. Its in a very nice neighborhood about a block from the local school so we heard the Star Spangled Banner off in the distance a couple of times. Traffic patterns Deck has a locking gate for four legged friends, deck paint could use a refresh. The weather for our stay was beautiful very early in the season so the outdoor furniture wasn’t set out yet. There were only two of us and a couple of chairs in the front yard that we moved to the back for our stay so it was fine. There is a bunny family living in the back yard so we would come out ourselves so they could hide before bringing the dogs out. It was really lovely to watch them with our morning coffee.Inside the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was clean and well maintained with all of the basics. The best part were the little welcome touches all over. The owners put a lot of thought into what a renter would need. House is kept very clean, bathrooms are scrupulously clean. All in all, we had a great stay.

Edward is a fantastic host! I accidentally booked our stay for next year and he was able quickly and efficiently help change our reservation! 10/10 stars!

My friend group had an amazing stay at #TheFlightdeck! Edward was fast to communicate, super accommodating, and had the house completely stocked with all the essentials we needed to enjoy our time together. :)

We needed a place for a family get-together, coming from PA, MD, MI, and CO. We also had a 4-year old and a 9-month old in the mix. This home worked great for us since we saw a baby crib in the photos. I asked the host about a high chair. There wasn't one, but the host went and bought one. May the Lord bless the host for being so accommodating as we visited my 90-year old mother!

Over Christmas, 15 members of our family spent a wonderful reunion at #TheFlightdeck, The open living space was perfect for all of us to socialize, sing, play games watch TV and eat!The house was clean and well equipped.Edward was a great host. When the microwave stopped working, he arranged for one to be delivered the same day! He responded quickly to every question I had.We all highly recommend !

The property was perfect for us. Very comfortable rooms and plenty of space. Being pet friendly was a big plus for us.

Our stay at Flight Deck was truly enjoyable. Plenty of space for our family of 13. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. The yard was great for the little children to run around.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home in Rhode Island! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed — even toiletries, which was such a thoughtful touch. It truly felt like a home away from home. Edward was an amazing host, friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

Came for a wedding with a large group of family (11) - location was the only issue in that it was close to a small airport with small planes going overhead. Otherwise - as described and enough room for all the people. Kitchen and eating areas were very pleasant - did not use the outside but for families that could be a real plus.

This house is awesome! It comfortably fit my large group and it was great. We were given makeup wipes, ear plugs, eye masks and so much more to welcome us into the home.Edward answered all of our questions and gave us so many great ideas of things to do during our stay. The drive to downtown Newport is like 15 minutes but it’s soo close to the winery making it a great location away from too much noise. We will definitely be back!!

The property was very clean, with cute little amenities. Owners were easily reachable from multiple modes of connection, and checked in frequently for any needs we may have had. Would recommend staying at this rental site!

Edward was a great host. House has great space for larger gatherings. Very close to Newport vineyards and a short drive to downtown Newport. Would stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! We had our parents and grandma with us plus teens and even a 2 year old. The split floor plan made it where all the kids could stay up late and play games while the adults went to bed early. The kitchen and dinning room were perfect for our big dinners. The couches were all very comfortable and gave plenty of space for us all to enjoy. The beds were so comfortable we even asked for links to buy things for our personal homes lol. Edward was absolutely amazing, quick response to everything and even brought us extra things that were definitely not his responsibility! The town was cute with good food and so much to do. We will 100% be coming back next year!

Home had an easy location to get down town, was clean and easy to fit a group of 6-8 in. Neighborhood was quiet. Would highly recommend and return to.

Rented the property for my friends Bachelorette weekend. Exactly as listed in the post. Host was awesome and very responsive even though they were not in the country at the time. Had some technical difficulties with the TVs but property manager came over same day and resolved the issue. 10/10 for customer experience and service.

Wonderful host and property. Easy check in, where the host even communicated we could get in early if needed (much appreciated!) Pictures are all accurate. Nice property for several adults. Host added little things like extra toothbrushes, which was a nice touch! Thanks again. Absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! We went there with 8 friends to see the mansions and the house worked out perfectly. The location was close to everything and Edward was incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations The house was very stocked with many extra items and made us feel right at home. Checking in and out was so easy. l highly recommend staying here and we look forward to our next return here

The house is clean and bright upstairs. Great place for a large family or group. The downstairs bathroom is small with a tiny sink. Large table in the dining room for everyone to gather around. Many large screens tvs.

We had a family wedding and the house was the perfect size to fit us all. Edward was very responsive and a great host. The house was super clean the beds were comfortable We were close enough to downtown Newport where all of the events happened and also very close to restaurants and grocery stores when needed. I would highly recommend staying at the flight deck and hope to be able to go back soon!
