Hi, we are renting our three bedroom and 1 bath cottage. We are located across from the beach, Mickey Rats, Turtle Joe's, Connors Hot Dog Stand, and the Town Park. Everything is in walking distance, just minutes away. The cottage is located on a private road right behind the Evans Town Park. All you have to do to get to the beach and fun is walk into the park and the park goes right onto the beach. There is even an underground tunnel beneath the road so you don't have to cross traffic.

Stayed May 25, 2023This is an older lake cottage with no heat. Outdoor area with patio and firepit was fantastic for grilling and fires. Walk to the lake was very pleasant and not overcrowded even on Memorial day weekend. Cottage is in dire need of a deep clean, as well as better weekly cleaning.
