A beautiful cottage with all the amenities needed to enjoy a family vacation near the beach.

We were extremely happy with the Blu-By-You cottage. We had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The owner answered any and all questions that came up during our stay. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Home was updated and remodeled beautifully. Great location, 5 minute walk to beach and playground and super close to Mickey Rats, Turtle Joes and Connor’s. Host is very communicative. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place. Spacious and had an extra trundle bed and pull out couch as well as the master bedroom and full bunk beds. Owner takes pride in this home and it shows.

This was the perfect beach house!! The layout of the home was incredible both with size and comfort! It was beautifully decorated and made us feel right at home. It was absolutely spotless and cleaned to perfection. The outdoor space was the icing on the cake. Beautiful area for a fire, to have dinner and even a bar area. Quick and easy walk to the beach. The hosts were equally as incredible. They stopped over to water the garden and my husband mentioned the ac unit not working very well, it was totally fine but we just wanted to let them know. Within hours, they were back to install a new unit. We can’t wait to come back!!

A perfect place to stay with family. Great location close enough to the beach yet far enough from local bar noise/music. Great beach clubs nearby. Fun for all. The cottage had everything you could need. Loved it and will be back.Double thumbs up !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a mini-adventure planned around the Solar Eclipse! The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and set out some much appreciated goodies for our arrival. House was the perfect amount of space for us, and all the furniture was comfortable (beds, couch, dining table). Loved having the washer and dryer and definitely used it. The beach is a quick leisurely walk and we found many neat stones and even some souvenir driftwood (score!). Also the drive to Buffalo was carefree and I enjoyed looking at all the houses up here. I would absolutely stay at this spot again and again. If you stay here I suggest a trip to The Bagel Jar- so good I wish there was one near our house!

Property is beautiful large enough for our whole family of 8 to be comfortable.The kids were amazed with the outdoor patio that glows at night. Perfect outdoor set for cookouts and bomb fires.
