Angola Getaway: Walk to Lake Erie Beach Park!

Great place to call home for a few days. Walking the beach area was great!Suggestion for our host-check batteries in all smoke alarms.

We could not have been happier with our stay at this Cozy Cottage. From the inviting decor to being able to enjoy the private space in the back in the morning, which allowed for morning conversations while not disturbing the others in the house. Everything that we could have needed was provided, they thought of everything. The short walk to Lake Erie for evening sunsets and Castaways for some food only added to enjoyment. We will be booking this property again, as we travel to the area multiple times a year. THANK YOU for the hospitality!

This was a very nice little home away from home. We had everything that we needed. I was clean and the beds were comfortable! My granddaughters each had a room, and I (Mimi) had the Main Suite. The area was nice and close to Lake Erie, and just 30 minutes away from Buffalo. It was a perfect get-a-way.

This property was perfect for our needs! It was clean and had plenty of room for us and another family! We were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to Lake Erie Beach! Just a short 5 minute walk, at most!

We truly enjoyed our days at the cozy cabin. After rushing through the first part of our vacation, it was nice to slow down and relax. Very comfortable space. Areas for all our family to gather. Excellent location with a short walk to Lake Erie Beach Park and options for eating/ice cream. Well stocked home including all necessities that you usually have to purchase (trash bags, tp, paper towels, etc.). Only negative was when we arrived there was a strong musty/mildew smell in the house. Seemed like it had been closed up for a while. We opened windows and it went away quickly. Would love to come back! Suggest to wear shoes in the lake. My son cut his foot on a rock.

Everything looked exactly what I was expecting, everything worked perfectly. Close to the beach and bars and restaurants and shopping

We liked that it had a fire pit and a nice living space for us to all hang out. It also has ample space when you need a little time to yourself.

We liked that the house had 3 seperate bedrooms and 2 baths, it gave us the space we needed for personal time but had nice living spaces and a fire pit for family time.

I gave a 4 Star because the hot water tank broke in February while I was staying. Slight inconvenience. Owners were apologetic and willing to resolve. No complaints about anything else.

My son and his family, wife and 3 boys, came from Arizona for a week visit. The Angola home was perfect. It was clean and plenty of room. The location was convenient and although it was fall and not swim weather the boys were able to walk to the lake and look for “treasures”. The host was very thoughtful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location was excellent- a block or 2 away from the lake. Everything we needed was supplied at the house. My only complaint was the kitchen smoke detector. It went off constantly as we were trying to cook. Even with the doors and windows open.

My wife and I stayed at this location for four nights over the weekend of my 50th high school reunion. The location about 6 houses away from a public beach and two beach bars with music and good food in Point Breeze, NY was excellent. The house was very clean and very well appointed with sheets, towels, kitchen items a grill and dishware, just bring your own toiletries… Sue, the host, was very gracious and responsive to needs and questions. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!!! Highly recommend it!

Visited the lake every day,the lakeside market and Evangola park. Felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommend.
