The Yuma White Modern Pool/Pet friendly Home

Anna was very fast every time if we had questions or requests . Instant response and addressing the issues requested

The pool was a disgusting green and we were unable to use it. The whole reason we had booked this house was to have a pool to swim in. The host knew days before we arrived that the pool was unusable and didn’t inform us. She wouldn’t give us a full refund so we were suck staying there with no pool to use, with a credit for 1 night. This place wasn’t cheap either! The house itself was not very clean either.

The reason for our visit was to tend to the passing of a loved one. Anna was very helpful in making sure we were well taken care of during our stay. The house was very functional and easy to manage. Would love to stay again!

Anna was highly communicative, and the home was lovely and perfectly clean. The location was convenient, and we had a wonderful, relaxing getaway.

House was clean and updated with plenty of room for our family of four.

The house is very sweet and comfortable for a small group. However there were a couple hazards: we noticed that the top bunk of the bunk room was not secured on its base, putting all three beds in that room in potential danger. Also, in the room next to it (the other multiple bed room) has a lamp with a missing screw, so the bulb leans and touches the shade—a potential fire hazard. Our last note is that the house is listed as having 2+ bathrooms. We found this misleading as there are only 2 bathrooms. We probably would not have rented the house had we realized that. But the space itself was cute and clean, comfortable and and inviting. Thank you for having us.

Anna was amazing at communicating with me. Her house didn't disappoint the pictures don't do is justice. This was a work trip for our guys they enjoyed the house the pool was perfect after a long workday!! If we ever have a work function in that area again, we will for sure rent this beautiful property! Top Notch!!

Beds and linens were very comfortable, the home was very clean and had everything we needed, the pool was a great bonus and clean and well kept. Home is close to downtown Yuma, close to historic attractions and plenty of restaurants. Owner was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall very nice place. We enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area.
